The company don't care about the customers
The company don't care about their customers.
Maybe a startup, so showing patience sometimes is okay. But even after 15 days, no update? That too for a basic thing like account opening or adding new segments.
They might have a workload and maybe forgot to update you, possible. But what if you message them and they keep it seen. and still no action.
I faced this things before main business with the company occurs. So a big NO.... Seriously.
