Absolutely brilliant service from Bobby who assisted with our cruise booking. Lovely mature staff out me at my ease on my last cruise with AZURA, really efficient and friendly, liked so much am cruising with you 2nd March and have booked another cruise with AZURA 15th March I rang your company and spoke to Dave who was extremely helpful and courteous and made the whole experience booking another cruise so very easy. He is a credit to your company as are all your staff. I feel I have had 5* treatment and have to say far better experience than the Cunard line. I travelled in Queen Mary 2 in 2022 and not a good experience with the staff.

Excellent service and price was very competitive. The transfer’s included was a added bonus.
