We have a 2021 Jeep Renegade that has the Android Auto and really enjoyed it’s functions.

So, I wanted to upgrade my 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee 8.4 head unit, which was having some loading issues during initial startup, to add Android Auto. We were gong to be taking a long road trip and wanted the features of Android Auto. Ordered the unit and it came within 11 days. Installed the unit which was quite easy and let it reprogram to the car features, (about 48 hours). Everything came up great except for the GPS. Working with Matt at Infotainment we did some over the phone troubleshooting but still could not get the GPS to come up. Not a real issue, I typically use Google Maps or Waze not the onboard NAV. Got back from our trip, removed the head unit and shipped it back. About 3 week later got the unit back and reinstalled. This time the GPS worked but the audio for the Android Auto and USB source was not working. The radio side did work. Again, Matt was very responsive but we could not get it to work. He requested that I go through Ryan in sales who also was very responsive. It was decided that another unit would be shipped. This one took longer due to supply chain issues. They kept me informed throughout the entire wait, letting me know they were working on it. I did receive the unit and installed it. It’s working great and enjoying the features.
For my vehicle I do realize these are reconditioned units and at this time in our economy there are situations that are out of our control especially to ever changing supply chains. Both Matt and Ryan worked to get this order completed and I do appreciate them following through and keeping me informed on the status. Even though I rated this a 4 because of the initial issues, the customer service was a 5. I would recommend and buy from Infotainment in the future.

I called to make sure the product would meet my needs, ie connect to the factory wiring harness. I was told it would. When it arrived, it didn't. It was only made to be wired through the entire truck as a stand alone product. I tried to get the "easy return form", but it does not exist. I contacted support via email. This was long and drawn out with vague replies. Finally they said they would issue a RMA, but because the product was "technically functional" they would not pay return shipping and would charge a 15% restocking fee.

Not dealing with them again.

The simplicity of the plug and play adapter makes this a great choice. I used it to relocate the back up camera displayed in the rear view mirror, to the desired location on the aftermarket radio upgrade.

Ordered a tailgate camera for a 2017 ram 2500 that only came with a cargo camera. The package came and was supper easy to install and setup. The ODB programmer worked better then I was expecting and the the camera pops up on the screen when the truck is out into reverse. Excellent well thought out setup.

I ordered the Ford F-150 Trailer brake controller package and it arrived after a short delay. I had contacted the company about when it would arrive and the response was not immediate but I did get one. The item came well packaged and was easy to install. I had one question on the installation that the instructions did not cover very well so it was necessary to contact them again and this time they responded very quickly clearing up my confusion. I have taken one 600 mile round trip using the TBC since installation and it works perfectly. I would be happy to purchase from them again.

It was not great . I bought a denso nav radio for my truck worked great but no volume . So I bought the non gm bose amp kit . It did not work , they replaced it bingo great sound . But when the out side temp fell below 50 or so no sound . But after it warmed up it worked . They replaced that one and it did the same thing . Now they just replaced this last one and it still does the same only works when it warms up . I do not know to do . All you get is AI help . I need someone to fiquire this out as it is getting cold here in ohio . I would like to hear my radio before it warms up in the spring . I just hope someone at infotainment reads this and helps .

Josh was very attentive and thorough with his diagnosis from a person not familiar with the layout nor technical lingo. Verified symptoms and explained why his assessments were being made. The shipment eas easy to track and was received in a timely fashion. The followup after an operator error on my part was astounding and welcoming. The attention to detail pre and post sales was why I felt compelled to do a review. Out of the ordinary for the non- typist in me. I'll recommend Infotainment to all that are having issues .

Perfect replacement for my 2020 RAM 2500. Worked as expected out of the box. Took over a month to receive unfortunately due to item being OOS/backordered. Customer service was responsive but the one thing that needs improvement are the install instructions. Not every step is well pictured or documented and had to figure out on my own.

Spoke to one of the sales guys (Matt) he answered my questions and guide me until the end of the install. My new cluster looks top tech and completes my truck.

After watching the installation video, which was outstanding, I installed the unit in 15 minutes. It was straight forward, clear, and easy.

Great support and original quality ford parts

I purchased the electric trailer brake for my 2025 Ford F150 Shelby. I couldn’t believe it didn’t come standard with truck, especially with a MSRP of $141K. The dealership didn’t offer the option as an add on. Luckily, I found Infotainment.com. I installed it in 15 minutes and I barely know how to change my oil. It was so simple and it works perfectly. I’m looking forward to towing my motorcycle trailer 600 miles for Bike Week in Daytona.

Ordered a cargo backup camera for my 2024 Ram 2500. Started out the wire harnesses looked different than the photos online, and the light has an extra camera in it. When I scanned the QR code it was actually for a camera that appeared to be aftermarket in looks because it was a ring with the camera hanging from it (not what I received at all). When I went to attach the harness to the screen, I realized I had to take an additional part off in order to connect the harness to the correct location and also remove more screws around the speedometer than any video showed. I was able to figure most everything on my own, but the pics of the product and videos try to combine too many variations that make one assume how it should work.

Excellent customer service with knowledgeable representatives explaining the technical aspects of my order. They were so easy to work with and I was able to get a very high quality product which fixed the radio problems in my 2018 canyon. I highly recommend!

International shipping was fast with Fedex, receive it today, full installation take about 45min, and all is working directly.

DO NOT buy from this company. They will not call you back or return emails. We requested a refund for a defective part--no response. You will not get your money back on anything you order!

I am writing this review to help someone save their time and money. Bought a ram cluster from them and it is advertised as plug and play. I was out of town for a while and didn’t get around to it until after 6 months and the features would not work. The person installing the cluster was thorough and called the customer service line while he was installing the cluster. Every step was taken but because appearantly there is a 6 month warranty that they don’t have listed on the site now the only thing to do is buy a new cluster and lose all that money. Have been trying to speak to customer service and they don’t call back and through email it’s a bunch of nonsense that is unacceptable.
