By far the wors customer service and wont honor factory warranty
By far the worst customer service....Purchased a backup camera in October 2023, had some issues that started outside of infotainment's 90 day warranty. I called them and they referred me to the maufacturer (Brandmotion) who informed me that the unit comes with a manufacturers 2 year warranty. After many phone conversations, Infotainment then issued me a return label in July of 24. I followed the advice of their techs and got the unti going so I did not return it. Fast forward to July of 2025 and the unit is totally dead, but still within the 2 year manufactureres warranty. Called infortinament and they won't honor the two year warranty. The claimed that their purchse order for the units from Brandmotion was dated in 2021, so my unit is out of warranty. What a joke...my manufactuerers warranty started two years before I bought the unit?!?! Did you sell me a unit that was already ooutside of the warranty and not tell me? How does my warranty start before I even own a product? No follow up from a manager after two requests. If you need some of the products that infortainment sells, buy direct from bandmototion.com and crutchfield.com. Significantly cheaper, better customer service and pretty much the same products.
I ordered the 8.4AN RA4 for my Dodge Durango
I ordered the 8.4AN RA4 to upgrade my 2017 Dodge Durango SXT. It was the easiest install and almost the easiest upgrade. The bigger screen looks really nice in my Durango and the sound sounds really good. However, this system is already outdated and kind of missing features that should be included for a Durango. For example, when I use the navigation, the system allows me to select an icon for the maps, for example, either an arrow, or even every other dodge and Jeep vehicle available, except for a Durango icon. Again, I ordered this system for a Durango, but the navigation systems in it doesn’t allow me to select the Durango icon on the maps. It only comes with icons for the Ram, Challenger, Charger, Jeep, Chrysler 200 and 300; except for the Durango. Additionally, I purchased this system in 2025. The maps software that it came with is very outdated. At the least, this system should have come with a newer version of the map software since I made the purchase in 2025. A customer expects that this type of systems come updated. I should not have to spend thousands of dollars to purchase it and then hundreds of dollars more to make upgrades on a brand new infosystem. Lastly, I noticed that my phone's bluetooth system drops off and won't play music platforms such as Pandora or Spotify even though the phone is connected through bluetooth. It is the same antenna, but it feels like since I replaced it, I get less reception from radio stations.
Too many software glitches
It took over 2 months to get my unit. The physical part was straight forward, but I did need to remove the jumper wire that had a tag "DO NOT REMOVE" so that my HVAC would work correctly.
When the lights come on, the unit restarts itself.
Sometimes when I am on the phone, the audio program will start playing and won't shut off. I have to manually turn down that source volume.
When I come to a stop, it will lower the volume and I don't have speed activated volume enabled. But lately when I come to a stop, the volume goes to zero.
The radio station or audio will revert to I think it is Preset #1. I haven't really studied that one, I just know it is different than the last time I was in the truck.
I know there are others, but I don't have the list I was keeping in front of me.

I ordered a 7 inch screen for my 2014 Ram a few years ago. My volume button, stopped working, and infotainment was always on point listening to my issues, talking to me in a timely manner, and sent me as many new volume buttons as I needed until I got the unit working again. David was amazing. Responsive, knowledgeable, and prompt. I will be a lifetime customer with infotainment.com. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
Perfect Purchase
First, it took me about 3 months to decide if I was going to make a purchase from this company after reading reviews up here. On January 30th, 2025 I decided to make the purchase. I purchased an upgraded radio for my 2017 Dodge Durango because it did not have Android Auto. I made to purchase and got excellent customer service from Ryan from the minute I purchased the radio. He was more than helpful with every question I had and what to expect when I received the radio. I received the radio about a week and later and installed it in less than 30 mins. The radio has been nothing but perfect since I installed it. Thank you Ryan for your great customer service through this purchase and more. The radio was 100% as advertised and the directions was too. Thanks Infotainment.
Poor Customer Service; Dishonest; No Accountability
I ordered the satellite radio for a 2020 Ford F-150. The package was supposed to include the ACM, wiring harness, OBD Genie programmer, and OEM satellite antenna. The order was placed on 10/23/2024. The order was received 11/09/2024. The antenna was not included. Instead, the package included a note stating that I did not need the antenna. Upon completion of the installation, the radio could not receive the satellite signal. After some back and forth, on 11/14/2024, I received an antenna Infotainment.com which resolved the satellite signal issue.
The second issue is that the radio would not recall any preset stations. Initially, I was told by Taylor that he would send a tablet and schedule time to walk me through programming the radio. (He never sent the tablet.) When I spoke to Taylor again, he said that their Ford technician could not duplicate the problem, and they have never seen this issue. I subsequently spoke to Daniela, to see if the company would either send the tablet to program the ACM or exchange the ACM. She refused both options. Daniela stated that they rented two different vehicles and duplicated the problem, have not been able to resolve the problem, and that they will no longer work to resolve the problem. She stated that three other customers have the same issue. Daniela stated that Infotainment.com would remove the satellite radio package from their website because of this issue. As of the writing of this review the package is still offered for sale on their website. Daniela offered $50 credit to keep the unit, or a full refund.
I subsequently talked to Taylor again to ask him if he would send the tablet for programming, or if we could exchange the ACM. He told me that Infotainment.com was not able to duplicate my problem, and that they have tried many troubleshooting activities with me to address this concern. They had not tried any troubleshooting with me. I first asked Taylor which statement was truthful and accurate, his or Daniela’s. Were they able to duplicate the problem, or not? I asked him to tell me what troubleshooting efforts had we tried, and when he could not answer my questions, he simply told me to contact Ford and he hung up the phone.
I would not recommend buying form Infotainment.com. Although their prices seem excessive, I was willing to pay the price, if they could deliver as promised. Infotainment.com delivered horrible customer service, lack of accountability, and dishonesty.
Not a new radio lied about buying trade in
Ordered a radio to replace the one in my 2020 charger. The radio was supposed to be new and was not even boxed just wrapped in bubble wrap. Secondly I was told they world but back the radio I was replacing when I attempted this I was told they were not looking for that model. They lie and over charge for used crap. SCAM DO NOT BUY

Total Scam
Horrible experience. I purchased a repair service to fix my touchscreen from my 2019 Ram. I sent them my unit, paying for the shipping myself. I received an email stating that they received my unit and are waiting for a technician to service it. A week later I received an email stating that my unit was REPAIRED and prepared for shipment. I received the unit 3 days later and immediately installed it in my truck. It worked for about 4 days and then stopped. I contacted infotainment and they told me that their technician couldn’t duplicate the problem and therefore couldn’t repair it, even though I got an email stating that the repair was completed. They said they would refund my money minus a $69.99 diagnostic fee. If, in fact, it was unrepairable, why didn’t they refund my money immediately instead of waiting until I called them? Now I’m out $25 for shipping and $69.99 for a fake diagnostic and I still have a broken unit. Daniela was extremely difficult to work with and eventually hung up on me. These guys are super shady. The repair service is a big scam. STAY AWAY!!!!
Horrible experience Do not use
Horrible experience. UPS lost my package. Infotainment knew they lost my package. They slow played the claims process with UPS. UPS approve the claim, but Infotainment refuses to refund me or send me the product that I ordered, knowing that this was a gift. UPS takes 10-15 days to issue the refund back to the shipper, Infotainment knows they are getting their money back for the product, but infotainment will not issue me a refund nor product unless they have the physical check in hand, although they have info that UPS is giving the return. Been married for over 25 years, wanted to improve something for my wife's car for something special for valentines. Infotainment spoiled it. Daniela hung up in my face. Disrespectful poor customer service. Really upset about this company. Reported it to pay pal as well. Horrible experience.
I ordered one of their systems
I ordered one of their systems, and the system install went well, but the system was defective with no sound. I tried calling for support, but none was available. I requested an RMA and refund, and that took almost a week. I still do not have the refund, and they have had the unit back for almost a week. I would not recommend them to anyone, ever. It is one of the worst retail experiences of my life. A big waste of time and money. DO NOT BUY FROM INFOTAINMENT.COM
Their RAM 1500 OEM brake control worked first time
Many 'extras' do not install and perform as advertised. Infotainments brake controller is happily an exception. The video was adequate and well described, the installation done in accordance with this video, and the thing worked immediately. No need for troubleshooting, no calls, no DEALERS (ugh) involved. It just works. Can't get better than that.

I have ordered 3 radios in as many years from this company. They don't last. The quality is horrible. On my last order, they sent the wrong radio twice, and lost my return in their system for about a month. When they finally sent the correct radio, it didn't work. Stay away. Take your business elsewhere.
Poor quality control
2015 Tahoe. Even though the components were programmed for my VIN number a few of the buttons on the display do not work with my vehicle (My Cadillac, Weather ( I have XM travel link), Apps, and Camera) . After sending the system back twice still have the same problem.

I ordered parts for my Dodge Viper after I confirmed they were in stock with an employee on the chat line. After 3 days, they had not shipped them. I called to ask about local pickup as I am only 80 miles away from them. They told me they would double check they had not been shipped and call me back soon. They never did. The next day I called before driving there and they sent me a tracking number. Here we are, 7 days later and the tracking number still shows awaiting pickup. They say USPS tracking isn't working and claim USPS has the package and maybe it has just took them 7 days to go the 80 miles. Now they are completely unresponsive, forcing me to do a charge back.
Make sure you put any purchase with them through a credit card so you can do a charge back when they lie to you.
Misleading Customers about Outdated Navigation Radios
The navigation radio they sold me has maps from 2008 and cannot be updated. It was a very difficult job to install, and their answer is for me to rip it all out and send it back. They should tell customers up front that they are selling old out dated equipment that cannot be upgraded. I asked for a partial refund and they ghosted me. Do not do business with this company.
Great service
Recently, I gave infotainment a very poor review, because as I stated, I purchased a infotainment system, and I was told by the navigation company that I would have to have it updated in order to update my Maps. As I stated when I called infotainment, they said I would have to mail the unit in and it would have to be updated at my cost of approximately $150.
I was then called by Dave from infotainment who wanted to help me and stated that I was incorrectly informed. (Dave called me because he saw that I tried to chat message them and was unsuccessful) I also want to state that it appears my review was not published, and Dave was calling me back to solve the issue and is unaware of my original review. (Reviews are only good if they are completely transparent).
Dave is sending me an update so that I can update my infotainment system and get the map update that I need. This is the kind of customer service that I expected from infotainment originally.
I believe infotainment is a quality company that stands behind their sales as evident in this situation.

I ordered a 8.4” radio with nav,, love the radio so i ordered the custom dash cluster, would be great if the fuel gauge worked,, called customer service and was told to wait 2-3 fill ups and it should work,, still waiting, i ordered the auto climate control,, very easy to install however when i set the temp it just goes back to low,, not very good when its 32 outside,, customer service told me to wait 24 hrs,, now it does the same on manual,, so now I can’t drive my truck if i need heat and don’t know how much fuel is in my tank,,
