I've just taken out GAP Insurance with Ingeni Services and am extremely pleased with the excellent service provided by Ashraf Miah. I'd already exchanged emails with him and spoken with him and we finalised all policy details by phone. Ash was professional, efficient and helpful throughout the whole process. I dealt with Ashlea at Ingeni. She was very proactive in her communication and clearly outlined the claim process and what was expected of me in order to progress with the claim. All in all a very refreshingly pleasant experience and I’m very appreciative of how it has been handled.

Excellent service - Alloy Wheel insurance. Very helpful advice from Clair throughout. Very quick referral to the repair technician. After the angst caused as a result of kerbing my alloy, the team and Clair in particular were superb.

The claim process was fairly straightforward and staff I dealt with have been friendly and helpful. Slightly disappointing that after claim is approved, it can take up to 30 working days for payment.
