Very informative service and helpful staff Ash

I really struggle talking to people at times ,and when ashraf called to talk about family insurance I asked if I could speak another time as I was anxious. Few says later I asked him to call me which he did and he was great on the phone with me , and helped me through getting my insurance sorted . Thanks mate for good service .

After having an accident, things weren't easy, but having GAP insurance through Ingeni Services made all the difference.

Ash made the process very easy - and has great hair!

I purchased 2 Ingenie policies to cover alloy and minor damage, hoping never to need them. Unfortunately in my 2nd year of ownership and after a long drive down the A12, a subsequent weekend car wash revealed 3 little paint chips and an alloy scratch.
A call to the claim line and a conversation with a real person (no AI bot!) Sophie, and the process began. Everything was managed exactly as I was told it would. And quickly too, with no fuss or hassle. Just an email and form to complete with a few photos.
The repairs were carried out by Revive (reviewed separately).
I waited a few days for the repair to be completed before writing the Ingenie review so as to ensure the entire process from claim to repair could be included.
I am pleased to be able to recommend Ingenie for their polite, courteous and professional service, along with their repair partners.
I’ll look to purchase a policy with my next new car…but hoping I won’t need it.

I approached the company with a complicated case and they did all they could to help me get a fair hearing about a refund on tyres. Oscar in particular went out of his way to keep me updated and guide me through the process.

Overall service provided by Ingeni Services very impressive. Very helpful on initial telephone call, immediate follow up with required claim documentation and really easy to complete. Claim process completed very quickly and would have no hesitation to recommend.

Curbed a wheel, but I have wheel and tyre instance with Ingeni (bought with the car, from the Hyundai Dealer). Very easy to invoke the cover. Good comms from Ingeni. Once my claim was approved, they fired-up a local repairer ('Revive') and everything slotted seamlessly into place. Great.

Once I was clear of the online forms and image uploads it was quite easy to submit.

Where an awesome expression, customer care was top notch and straightforward and well detailed. I strongly recommend ingenious gap insurance
