The delivery was handeled wrong by the third party company from our country - Named GLS Romania. Used a fake signature. Also the Ingersoll company has refunded my order money back. I appreciate their support service.

Smooth website experience

I am overjoyed with this exquisite watch! My attachment to Ingersoll watches goes back to my first one in 1960, so this watch is incredibly special to me.

I was reminiscing about my first Ingersoll wristwatch with a young relative recently, and as we spoke, she decided to Google the name. You can imagine my delight when I found out that despite all the turmoil over the years, Ingersoll was still out there, continuing to punch above its weight.

I purchased the Charles 105807 model, and it has brought me as much joy today as it did on that Christmas day sixty years ago. The packaging felt gratifying to open, just like it did back then.

If I were a movie star, I would wear this watch while picking up my Oscar!

Delivery is stuck. Thankfully, support team is responding and hopefully will resolve soon, but currently not a great experience.
UPDATE: Team quickly resolved the issue and reshipped my order and successfully received it :)

I managed ordered simply off line and the delivery service was brilliant. Got my watch today and it's brilliant. It is a Chrismas present so it is going to be wrapped up for Christmas Day.

Fast easy process from looking through the watches to purchasing. Arrived within a few days. Also helps that Ingersoll watches are the best quality watches out there.

I had to purchase this as a replacement for the one I purchased two years ago that you wouldn’t fix for free. It was only slightly more than the cost you wanted to repair it

Ingersoll have replied to this review basically telling me everything that I already know. As a result of this slap in the face I would now like to remove the one star I awarded them for their rubbish customer service

Got this as a gift for my soon to be husband on our wedding day. I'm sure he will love it. Arrived very quickly and is packaged lovely

The website was easy to use and the watch was sent out on the next working day and received with in the time limit specified.

it would be better if you could pay tax and duty in the invoice not later , so it makes a lot of paper work for customer

I didn't get an email confirmation after the purchase. As I am an overseas customer this is kind of scary initially. Also, I was not able to change the currency freely. I was using Safari browser, but somehow after the purchase, I was not able to see my purchase details. Have to use Chrome to trace. The website is simple but lack of clicking option at the same time.

The watch is simply beautiful, everything it says it is.

Service is great, friendly and quick responses. Im a little disappointed my 12 yr old watch did not fall under warranty as it was a gift and I don’t have the invoice. I still bought more watches and probably will get others as they are beautiful timepieces. Thanks.
