Excellent watch delivered on time. Great service and a good price in the sale

The delivery was faster than expected and the watch looks beater than the picture, looking forward to my next purchase

As I hadn’t purchased the watch from Ingersoll I was sceptical if I would get a reply. However within 24hrs I received a reply from Bhavin who asked for a picture of the watch and part I needed. Bhavin then confirmed that they would send out 2 spares for me and also suggested how I could fit it securely. All I cansay is excellent customer service from Ingersoll especially from Bhavin.

Watch repair carried out very quickly and at a reasonable cost. Even sent it back with a nice storage pouch for safe keeping.

I purchased The Freestyle Automatic. It keeps time very well, much better than stated in the manual. I was checking it for the first week against the phone time and it was keeping time to less than 10 seconds per 24 hours.

I enjoyed learning the history Ingersoll as a company, the production line with help from Mr Ford and the consequent 'Dollar watch . Interestingly I purchased this watch for a day's money, but I am sure that I have received way more than what would have been purchased around the turn of the previous century.

The Freestyle has the large modern look but is not ridiculous. I have small wrists and it sits comfortably and looks great.

I love that it is automatic, therefore needs only to be worn and does not require batteries.

I enjoy seeing the mechanism through the rear window. It is wonderous!

I'm happy with the way Bhavin helped me with the watch leather and they also include extra screws I needed on top of the watch. They are very fast in replying to emails.

@Bhavin, was very helpful and followed up to make sure I received my new watch and the extra leather I ordered for my old watch.

I’m reviewing base on four purchases that have had faults, the second to last purchase has not being resolved till date because I was billed £120 for repairs for a watch I wore less than 6 months ago. I still hope my last won’t go same way.
