Nous avons commandé le 27.12.2025 une montre smarttrack. Au prélèvement, by Innovations-shopping nous constatons 5 montres prélevées pour un montant de CHF 179.85.
Nous avons immédiatement réclamé auprès de Innovations-shopping. Deux jours plus tard, nous avons reçu un e-mail citant qu’une fois validée il n’y a aucun délai pour annuler ou modifier la commande et que le colis est parti. Nous, nous retrouvons avec 5 montres dont
l’annonce décrivant une montre connectée incluant l’oxygénation et la glycémie est un piège, le déscriptif ne correspond pas. Le renvoi est beaucoup trop onéreux et le remboursement pas garanti.
Un bon conseil, tenez-vous à l’écart c’est de l’arnaque pure !

the best deal! I was thinking some of the extra accessories may of been copies as price was too good to be true! long as was the actual ordo sonic toothbrush the extra to value add could been a copy it was all genuine packaged ordo stuff!

all the stuff cheaper than the shops sell the single toothbrush for! purchased 2 X electric toothbrush brush bundles - price already was great then extra 30% off at check out for summer sall I got 2 ordo travel bundles with delivery - all that for cheaper then shops sell 1 of the ordo sonic electric toothbrush & a charging travel case for.

Commandé le Moskito Pro, en voulant annuler ma commande 1h après(!) car trouvé le même produit 60% moins cher on me répond que ce n'est pas possible car déjà en transition (?!!?) et que dois les recontacter à la réception du colis pour le remboursement. Étonnée que ça soit déjà en route je demande le numéro de suivi, que je reçois 30h plus tard! Pour être sûr qu'il n'y ait pas de remboursement ils ont utilisé un coursier avec une longue liste de plaintes pour vol et non-livrés. Évidemment mon colis est arrivé ouvert avec 2 bracelets en moins, donc impossible de retourner et se faire rembourser. En plus en contactant le service client 3 fois avec photos du paquet ouvert et les 3 bracelets restants, je n'ai eu aucun retour. C'est simplement du racket!

2 montres commandées le 13 juin dernier. Je n'ai aucune nouvelle malgré mes multiples demandes d'information. À fuir à tout prix !

Bought a dressing gown which was overpriced. Fabric is a cheap synthetic fleece which doesn’t breath. Disappointing purchase.

Ordered some items for my Mother who has Dementia and can no longer shop for clothes etc. Website says within Sydney it's 1-3 days for delivery. I'm in Eastern Subs of Sydney and note the warehouse is only in Frenchs Forest. So far it's been a week and nothing. My order still states processing (not packed or on the way). When I call or email I get a robot. Any other discount shopping site you get prompt confirmation and delivery within the promised time. Still waiting..
Innovations is more like Frustrations!! Mum will probably die before I get the parcel. A real disappointment!

When I received the catalogue with 70% off I straight away rang innovations but no answer and went to recording message I rang almost everyday and also sent an email but no answer then I keep ringing until today March 17 and someone answered but when I placed an order it was all sold out so frustrating and I think that was their intention not to answer because it was a big discount and probably they don't sell it on a cheaper price and once the sale date is finished then will have the items available on their catalogue with a full price I will never order from them anymore and told the lady who answered my call to cancell sending me their catalogue

I purchased 2 pairs of the Advanced Premium Titanium Shaping Shorts size XL following your guidelines for the size
They have arrived but they are too small for me which is disappointing
I had also sent an email a few days ago asking if I should wear them during the day or at night, also how do I wash the shorts?
Please could you help me with this matter?

Innovations is an Australian mail order company that has been around for some years. I find their products good and have been ordering for some years. Was not happy with one product and returned for refund.

J'ai commandé deux montres connectées, bien reçu, mais ne fonctionnent pas !! l'une ne se charge pas du tout, l'autre très peu. Je déconseille fortement cette société, j'ai envoyer deux mails, sans réponse.

Order received as requested, however they also send a cheap poor quality felt Christmas tree that I originally thought was a free gift.
I was then horrified to find I had been charged for this as they insisted I ordered even though it was not on my order invoice. The worst was yet to come when they had set up a monthly direct debit to my account that 6 weeks later they have still not commented on, luckily I noticed and cancelled through my bank.
Deal with them at your peril !

Never ever would I order again. Almost 2 weeks since ordered and still not here and there are no tracking details. I am very, very upset and the customer service agent hung up on me. When I called back they stated it "might" be here by Friday. If it isnt a refund won't be immediate and I have no present for my sisters 60th birthday.

Purchased a Moskito Pro absolute rubbish, it was a return that they re sent out it was scratched and was obviously 2nd hand and I paid £39.95 for emailed them no reply! Do not buy from this Company

J'ai achete le mosquito pro, bracelet electronique portant la mention de repulser les insectes piqueurs. Une grande arnaque, ca fonction 0!
De plus, tu essayes de te faire rembourser, je pense que mon cost de shipping et de complication pour pt etre me faire rembourser mes 59$ seront plus élevé! Quel dommage de vivre à une ere ou faut se mefier tout le temps des Co qui vous vendent n'importe quoi sur le dos du profit. Perdez pas votre temps, acheter rien de cette compagnie!
P.s. J'ai suivi scrupuleusement les consignes que vous avez inscrites ici bas, mais malheureusement je le répète, ces une arnaque, je l'ai essayé à maintes reprise et ca ne fonctionne pas. Le seul endroit ou ca fonctionné, s'est à l'interieur...où il n'y avaient pas d'insectes piqueurs.
