I ordered and paid the same day nearly three weeks and no delivery, I've sent several emails with no reply, the number given just rings with no answer machine.I Would NOT recommend this company this company is a scam.

I am really not one to leave negative reviews but I just want to warn people so they don’t waste hard earned money. I ordered a personalised pen on 21st Jan 2026 as a gift for a colleague. This has never been received despite numerous chasers via email, I have had no correspondence apart from the initial confirmation email of the order. I have tried ringing the number on the website but there is no answer or option to leave a voicemail. I have since had to buy the pen from a different website so am out of pocket completely.

I HAVE BEEN BEGGING THIS BUSINESS. IN ORDER TO RETURN MY ITEMS. NOBODY REPLY. I HAVE EMAIL ED THEM TO 2 EMAIL ADDRESSES SINCE THE FIRST WEEK OF JANUARY.
I SPENT MORE THAN £100.00.
I AM NOW, FED UP WITH DEALING WITH THEM WITHOUT A SINGLE REPLY.
I STARTED MY RETURN REQUEST ACCORDING THEIR POLICY.
I AM REGRET FOR BUYING FROM THEM.
THIS BUSINESS IS INTENTIONALLY BREACHING MY CONSUMER RIGHTS.
I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE.

Ordered an inscribed pen for a Christmas gift, it was posted on 12th December. Due to Royal Mail delays it was not received by 23rd December. I contacted Paul at Inscribe Gifts and he immediately requested a replacement for me, great service and a lovely gift. Fortunately the original arrived today, 24th December, so I was able to let Paul know. Excellent customer service you can trust!

This company don't seem to answer emails. I am awaiting an order which I placed on 19 November, and although I received an email to say it had been dispatched it still hasn't arrived and I have had no response to emails.

Item was almost late but when it did arrive there was an error on the case, however they did get it touch with me and resolved the problem, good customer care. Thank you for you response and communication and support. A great item aswell.

I recently wrote a poor review for Inscribe Gifts based on my experience in December 2024 when buying an engraved pen for a friend’s graduation.

I’m now changing my score to a 5* as they have demonstrated great customer service and changed my view of them.

I was contacted by Inscribe Gifts last week who apologised for my experience. . They promptly sent a replacement pen with the right engraving. My friend is delighted as I’m I.

I would use this company again as they have some great personalised gift ideas and they stepped up when my order did not go to plan.

Bought a Parker Pen for Grand Daughter’s Graduation. Quality of engraving on pen and your own personal message printed on box were excellent. Customer service was excellent too. Thank you so much.

The speed at which my order was processed amazed me. It was acknowledged and a date for delivery next day was given the same day. There was a hitch with the delivery, which was in fact later than advised -- rather worrying as the gift was destined for an 18th birthday and had to go through the post again from here, -- but this was to do with the post at our end. I let Paul, the company's adviser, know; he apologised and was very polite and friendly, but fortunately the package arrived just a few days later than expected, so still before any drastic action became necessary. I would certainly recommend this company's service and am also pleased with the pen set supplied.
