I just received this service about 20 minutes ago. This is a review based on the worker since I will see how well the products work over the next several weeks. Oumar was very polite and explained everything that he had done…very pleasant!

Had great service by Connor Baldwin, arrived earlier , which was great, any questions he answered them, did outside and inside, great job

A bit untrustworthy. Hidden costs, did not come at allocated time, quoted a different price than charged. So many red flags I would go with different company.

They didn't disclose up front that there is a $100 cancellation fee which is highly unethical. Never do business with these bastards ever! I lost my job and had to cancel a month after getting the service and that's when I find out about the fee. They're not up front about it, it's in the fine print of the agreement.

Our technician Jay M. Is so kind, polite, helpful and willing to go above and beyond to ensure I was satisfied. Because of the rain he was willing to add my reschedule to his already full day the next day. Thank you Jay M.!!!

Recent visit by Antonio Alvarez on 8/11 was, as has been the case with each of his at least 6 visits, professional, thorough, and courteous. Thank you Tony !

Excellent service. Professional from start to finish. Had an issue with ants this summer that I couldn’t fix. A technician was sent the same week!
Super polite and answered all my questions. All ant issue completely solved. Highly recommend this service.

I wasn't aware that I was signing on with a contract service. I paid for them to do a service. The next month I get a charge. For what? nobody came out. Nobody was called. No service was needed. The next month the same. I just got another notice that they are planning to charge my card $280 for a cancelled contract. I think these guys are a scam. steer clear.

Watch out for the slick sales job. They don't make it clear that you need to cancel 30-days in advance to avoid a charge. Then, even though you've paid for that month, they won't come out and fix the poor job that they did in the initial visit.
Our main problem is outdoor spider webs. Both my wife and I think we have worse spider webs than we had before the initial treatment. AVOID!!

The Salesman kid that sold me on having them come over 1 time for $99, I was explicit I ONLY WANTED 1 time spay and I would give them a call when I wanted more services done. I was told that wasn't a problem.

Now they have tried charging me over $700 in a couple months and haven't even been to my house since the first time. I called them enplaned it all and they tried saying I can't cancel.

On top of it I still had bugs creeping around my house 2 weeks later after the 1 spay, until I did it myself. 0 out of 5 star,. Terrible.

Nous faisons affaire avec la compagnie depuis 2 ans (guêpes, fourmis). Les techniciens sont généralement courtois (remarque : un est arrivé chaussé de souliers Crocs??). Cette année, c'est la galère avec le service, tellement d'insatisfactions!
-Difficulté à avoir des retours d'appel
-R-V prévu où personne ne vient malgré les appels en cours de journées pour valider. On me dit qu'un technicien est passé alors que j'étais à la maison toute la journée... je n'ai pas apprécié ce mensonge.
-R-V annulé d'avance où un technicien se pointe quand même...
Ce n'est pas sérieux ni professionnel! Service à la clientèle courtois, mais il faut toujours répéter comme si aucune note n'était prise dans le dossier. Vraiment, pour cette année je ne recommande absolument pas!

Be very careful before signing with this company. Their one-year agreement automatically renews unless you cancel on time.

Despite quarterly visits and repeated bait-box refills, I continued seeing mouse activity outside my home and in my garage. Their so-called “guarantee” only means they will return to inspect or refill the bait—not refund your money or guarantee that the problem will be resolved.

In my experience, the service was ineffective. Read all renewal terms carefully and ask for the exact meaning of their guarantee in writing before signing.

100 percent 5 star service. This company in my honest opinion is:

1. Professional service
2. Respectful and friendly service
3. Thorough in the service as stated prior to arriving
4. Guarantee's their services

I could go on and on how happy I am with this service. I fully recommend this company to anyone without hesitation.

Absolutely HORRIFIC company!!!

The sales rep specifically told me I was in an agreement for a ONE TIME payment for summer services ONLY. They do their work in May, charge me $300.00. Then they show up in July, do God knows what (can't even tell if any work was actually done), and then proceed to charge me another nearly $300.00.

I call customer service to get to the bottom of it and they claim I signed up for yearly services (charged quarterly). There is NO WAY I would have done this becuause I was already skeptical of their services and only agreed to summer service because my wife wanted it done.

They refuse to refund even though I told them I would continue summer services only. So they forced my to have to cancel with them entirely and then tell me there's a $200.00 cancellation fee!

Appalling to say the least. Stay away from these guys. They are not practicing honest and fair business

Aujourd’hui, Alfred a fait le service chez nous contre les fourmis et les coccinelles japonaises. Nous avons fait le tour des endroits problématiques et il m’a expliqué les produits qu’il utiliserait. Leurs produits sont certifiés et leur service est garanti. Je suis très satisfaite de son service! Merci Alfred!

Après proche 1 an de services j’ai tout annulé. Aucun résultats pour un problème de fourmis sur mon patio en pavés unis. C’est même devenu pire. Après leurs supposés traitements à 200$ la shot nous avons commencés à avoir des fourmis à l’interieur durant l'hiver
Ça m’a coûté plus de 1000$ pour absolument aucune résultats. ̀Bien sûr, ils ont eu le culot de.me charger 199$ pour avoir mis terme au contrat. Ce sont des arnaqueurs. J’ai parlé au service client et on me disait seulement "je suis désolé " et m’a offert une autre visite à 200$ pour refaire un traitement. Wow. Je me suis acheté des pesticides et je contrôle maintenant.
