Prompt friendly service from a man that…

Prompt friendly service from a man that knew his product and ready to assist.
A colour match to a sample board that I had prepared using another brand of paint was required.
We walked out of the shop reflecting on our happy experience...must add, also bought some mineral turps and a cutting brush, and as you know, left our email address.
In the future we may contact you for useful reviews and maybe advice in the future.

Balcatta: Best Inspirational Around!

Another visit to the Balcatta store today. I'm on a roll guys. Served by the wonderful Vesna and last visit by the one and only Paris. Excellent knowledge of paint products and happy to engage in banter with a little ol' Boomer. Quinton served me the time before that and he too blinded me with his customer service skills ie carried paint out to my car! Thank you all for taking the time to resolve my issues and make painting a little more pleasurable. You are all amazing. You, too, Az! 🤗 (Disclaimer: I do not know the staff here. Review based on excellent customer service.)

The service was fine

The service was fine - no complaints at all but the follow up emails for this type of review is enough for me not to go back after I was told, I wouldn't receive any emails.
