I have been shopping for my paint at this store for the last year. James and the team are very friendly and always have good advise. My work requires paint to be colour matched to samples that I bring in. Most places are hit and miss I must say they get it bang on every time, and this makes my work blending in to large areas so easy. Go out of your way to buy paint at this store!

The staff here went out of their way to help me when I needed just a smaller amount of paint. Wonderful service.

Called me on a Sunday to confirm there was an issue, really helped that they didn't wait to the Monday.

As we normally do our own painting and decorating we find the Inspiration staff very helpful with their advice and service. The staff have also been very good with assistance in selecting and matching colours.
Visiting the store is also convenient.

I recently visited your Nunawading store to purchase some paint for a big project at my country project. James was most helpful and took the time to sit down with me and explain the procedure to paint James Hardie Linear boards. He made suggestions re. colours and the colourbond spouting tie in. He was professional and could not have been more helpful, even carrying the paint to my car. A pleasant experience. I will be back.

Nick White was so polite and helpful over the phone when calling to obtain quotes, we were lucky enough to have him serve us @ the store and he backed up his level of care, and service face to face, even carrying our tins to the car.

Will definitely be back and highly recommend for anyone in the area.

I needed help with Porters Paint colour for my project, Will & the team eagerly assisted me with this.
They gave me advise regarding correct paint selection & also suggested the right brush & roller to buy.

This was my first experience with Inspirations Paint. Great online process to select and order what I needed. The order was promptly prepared and available for an easy hassle free pick up at the nominated time. I will be back for further supplies.

I did a click and collect order from the Nunawading store and received a call within an hour to say what i wanted was out of stock. The guys offered to replace it with a similar more expensive item at the same price I paid originally and my order was ready to collect in under an hour from ordering. Customer service was amazing - I had a sleeping baby in the car and the staff brought my paint out to my car . Highly recommend.

Great contact, rang me up and talked me through different pint types to find one that was fit for purpose, after double-checking the colour choice.

Cannot recommend highly enough

My local store is Oakleigh so my intention was to purchase from there.
The website at checkout that some items I wished to purchase were not available at Oakleigh. Fair enough and directed me to chose an alternative store which I did in your Nudawading store which stated that it had stock of all I needed so needing to get the job done was quite prepared to travel the extra distance.
On arrival at the Nudawading store my order was not ready, I was informed that they didn't have curtain items I picked but had equivalent replacements which was fine. When they eventually brought out my order it was minus a 4 litre tin of paint which I had ordered two off. I was then told they only had one tin of that type of paint. I was given a refund (which I am still waiting to appear in my account).
I found the experience frustrating and a waist of time.
I then returned to the Oakleigh store where I purchased the paint I required at a cheaper price.
So overall not very impressed!
