Great service, I called before hand to clarify what they could do to assist, the person I spoke with, I believe Tony but not 100% certain, was super helpful and once I came to collect the staff were just as great.

During covid it has been hard to pick and get in store advice , but the staff here have been very helpful in getting me brochures , then sample pots . In collecting pots the male staff member , offered advice on best weather to paint , helped in working out qty and also suggesting paint brushes . Would highly recommend this store

The website was easy to navigate and my paint was ready on the day and time I selected. Safe click and collect procedure with a friendly greeting from a staff member, Will now be my new go to store even when lockdown finishes!

I had nothing but a great experience with Inspiration paint in nunawading. My orders were fulfilled super quick and the one time I ordered something that they didn’t have in stock they replaced with a similar item so it all worked fine. Would defs come back!

I am renovating my townhouse and needed advice on a paint colour called "Windy Beach"
The staff member there was extremely friendly, professional and polite.
I ended up buying 2 sample tins from 2 manufacturers that had this colour available.
It was a pleasure to deal with the Nunawading branch. I will have no hesitation in making them my "Go to paint experts"

I’ve used this store for painting advice and supplies over many years. I’ve done so as I have always received friendly helpful service so I’m happy to give them my business.

Provided lots of useful feedback and advices.

Placed a click and collect order, went to paint that night and 2 of the items were substituted without consultation and not at all what we were after. Ordered a roller kit and got given rollers on their own (really handy with no kit….), ordered an angled brush for skirting and received a flat brush. Phoned the store the following day to explain and got told well sometimes we give you what we think is the closest thing… I would have preferred a refund not to have been given items I couldn’t use! Disappointed won’t order from them again.

Excellent friendly service. The staff that work there give insightful trusted advice with a few jokes along the way. Made the mistake of buying paint from Bunnings prior to finding out about this store and I will never go back.

As a professional painter , I choose to use this store exclusively. Nick, James, Simon, Travis and Tony are all excellent in terms of product knowledge, willingness to help and professionalism. The shop is stocked with anything and everything one needs and if they don’t have it, they will help you source it. They all go the extra mile for the customer. If it’s help with colors you require, the resident color specialist Laura is both excellent at her job and equally happy to help that bit extra, as are the whole team. Whether for trade or domestic , I only recommend this shop. They even have a state of the art coffee machine for customer use.
