Attention Arnaque! Je déconseille fortement cette application.

J’ai souscrit à un abonnement mensuel pour pouvoir publier des contenus Instagram depuis mon ordinateur, ce qui est précisément la fonction principale annoncée par cette extension. Pourtant, l’outil ne fonctionne pas correctement. Il faut savoir que c'est une extensions payante, sans paiement mensuel vous n'en ferrai rien de cette extensions.

À chaque tentative de publication d’un carrousel (photos + vidéos), des erreurs techniques bloquantes apparaissent, notamment :

WebAssembly memory
Could not allocate memory
Cannot read properties of null
Cannot read properties of null (reading "type")

Malgré plusieurs tentatives de résolution (vidage du cache du navigateur, redémarrage, navigation privée, suppression des vidéos, utilisation de fichiers plus légers), les problèmes persistent et rendent l’extension inutilisable.

Le point le plus problématique est le suivant :
il s’agit d’une extension payante avec abonnement mensuel, mais le service ne fonctionne pas, le sav ne répond pas et pas de retour suite à demande de rétractation.

J’ai contacté le support afin d’exercer mon droit de rétractation et demander un remboursement, mais je n’ai reçu aucune réponse. À ce jour, aucune solution n’a été proposée et aucune prise en charge de ma demande n’a été faite.

Le support ne répond tout simplement pas aux demandes, ce qui pose un réel problème pour un service payant.

Ce qui est problématique c'est que j'ai demander la rétractation une obligation en droit Européens dans les 14 jours, aucun retour pour suspendre et me faire rembourser de cette abonnement qui ne me sert à rien car l'extensions ne marche pas

Je déconseille donc fortement cette extension tant que ces problèmes techniques, sav absent et entreprise qui ne respecte pas le droit Francais. Pa surprise quelle ait été déférence des extensions Google chrome vérifiée.

I hate social media stuff. Like really hate it. All the posting, staying consistent - just not my thing. But I needed our company account going and couldn't afford to hire an actual SMM person.
Found INSSIST for ~50$/month and figured I'd try it. Game changer. I schedule everything from my computer in one sitting - posts, stories, everything. Set it up on Sunday, forget about it for the week. No more scrambling to post during work hours.

The scheduling is super easy. I plan out like 2 weeks of content in an hour, set the times, and it posts automatically. Our account looks professional now and people actually engage.

I barely think about Instagram anymore but our presence is consistent and growing. For someone who hates social media management, this tool lets me fake it really well lol.

If you need Instagram for business but hate managing it - just get this. Saves time, saves money, gets it done. Worth every penny when alternative was either hiring someone or watching account die.

I've been looking for an extension that supports mentions and music in a story for a while and this ticked my boxes, and so much more. Would 100% reccomend. The software also has the ability to download in bulk, and most importantly, it delivers everything in one zip file. Great service!

You cannot count on this posting for you. It's great at scheduling (ie: very easy to do) - but you CANNOT rely on it to actually POST. Super random and their tech staff cannot seem to fix anything. They promise to refund money for inconvenience - but do not follow through. Even for $11/month - it is OVER PRICED!!!

The add-on INSSIST got my Instagram account locked out. It's happened many times and they don't provide any support for their users and don't care about their customers. Their "Support Team" 🤣 didn't even respond to 2 email requests in over a week. They provide ZERO support. If you have any issues, you're on your own. I've uninstalled it for the last time. Never again.
I wanted to like this app but it's full of bugs and not worth the effort. There are plenty of alternatives so I'll use one of those.

It's Sunday, May 12th. I wish I had of read these reviews BEFORE I purchased the PRO version. I am out $110 CDN and it just doesn't always work as it's supposed to. The whole reason I purchased this app is to be able to post in advance. It may work one day and not the next. Right now it's not working at all. I have emailed for some tech support with NO response. Several emails, one after the other and NO response. I think they are a dud and I would encourage anyone who is considering this app to run and keep your money in your pocket.

This extension is so incredibly frustrating...from it not saving my credentials to constantly being kicked out not working. I have the paid version, and it's definitely not worth it with the issues they have. I do not understand how this is the main app for Instagram on desktop, yet has sooo many bugs and problems that have been there for a while. It affects my business operations and takes time I thought I would be saving.

Insisst charges you to upload reels. This shouldn't be a pro feature - this should be a standard feature. Tiktok's app on desktop allows you to upload for free.

This is a real shame on Inssist for doing a paid model to simply upload a post / reels...

After paying £190 for a business membership the extension stopped working. There is no support or help to fix this problem. Its a scam!

I cannot upload story to my close friends .. There is no two option to upload story..please upgrade the version

it does not work, it is totally wastage of funds, no customer service, no refund, no reply from email they dropped as customer service. i have purchased it's pro version for life time,it has not worked even for a single day.please donot go for it

No support and extension paid for but not working.

I began using Inssist to post Reels I created in Canva to Instagram. I was able to post the first two without issue, using the free version. When I tried to post the third, it required me to subscribe to the Pro paid version. I did so, then tried to upload a reel that was 1 minute and twenty-seven seconds long,but kept getting an error message saying Inssist cannot post videos over an hour in length. I spent DAYS and multiple emails which they finally stopped responding to, and never resolved the issue (I did finally resolve it through CANVA). I cannot figure out how to get my money back, as I've never used the Pro version since subscribing. AVOID!!!!!!!!!!

STAY WELL AWAY. DOESN'T WORK. INSSIST CONTINUES TO SELL LIFETIME MEMBERSHIPS WHEN IT DOESN'T WORK. NO CUSTOMER SUPPORT. NO RESPONSE TO EMAILS. NO ENGAGEMENT ON FORUMS. INSSIST TOTALLY SUCKS.

Same as the others. I hate to give even 1 star. I purchased the lifetime option and there are always glitches. This time it has not worked for 24 hours. I need to post reels for my business. Garbage program with zero customer service. I had an old email for them and sent 2 urgent messages - no response. Who ever heard of a paid program that does not even have an email or other contact option? What a joke and not being able to post is costing my business money.

I purchased PRO lifetime, and it no longer works. When I login, it tells me to pay for another upgrade... and as others have pointed out, there is no support or customer service.

One star is too much! I signed up, it looked great, thought I would be able to do more if I bought the "PRO" and everything stopped. You can not call them, e-mail, chat! They take your money with no customer service!
