Cannot praise this company enough ! Firstly the product is excellent , the shutters are stylish and so easy to fit ! When we needed some advice Ben helped us on a call and was always available on WhatsApp too providing excellent service. We have now done our whole house now and it looks great .

What a great company !! My experience from start to finish has been absolutely brilliant. Ben has been extremely helpful from helping with the beading size via pictures and handle placement to requesting suitable delivery days. Communication has been spot on.

Received my IFS shutters today I’m absolutely over the moon with them so easy to install took all of 10 minutes I was unsure with measurements ect but on speaking to one of your representatives Ben who helped me anonymously with all my queries and guided through the order I cannot recommend this company enough thank you IFS Janet

Excellent product and excellent customer service. I arranged a call for guidance on sizing. Superb help from Ben. Express delivery ordered Tuesday arrived and up on Thursday. Fantastically easy to install.

A bit hesitant with the method of fixing, but i have to say it works.
Had a bit of a hiccup with the measuring (my fault not theirs) spoke to Ben, who asked if i took out the insurance, i said yes. Shutters were remade to the correct size with out any fuss or bother. Brilliant product and a great team that work for a great company. Would certainly recommend them.

The quality and fit of the shutters is excellent. Delivery was well within the period quoted when ordering. There were one or two issues, of my own making, yet the after sales service was exemplary, Ben was very helpful and a credit to the company. Very happy to recommend this company.

Absolutely fantastic service from start to finish, I arranged a video call to assist with measuring my French doors and checking if the shutters were suitable. This was reassuring and Ben helped every step of the way. The shutters arrived within a few days (express delivery) and were fit on my own within minutes. The shutters look so good and finish off the room. I’d recommend to anyone and will be getting more for other windows/doors in my home.

I ordered these for my lounge window and absolutely love them. Totally transformed. I have now ordered them for my bedroom window. Ben from Instant Fit Shutters was replying to queries on WhatsApp at 11pm. Above and beyond. Definitely recommended.

Ordering gave clear instructions on measuring, price good, swift delivery, well packaged, detailed videos for installation which was very easy. Customer service outstanding as I had slight adjustment needed and Ben responded promptly with guidance and I managed to resolve within minutes. Product is very well made. What an excellent choice. I’ve been looking at shutters for a while and came across Instant Fit Shutters. I was unsure of my measurements and selected the What App for help. Ben was extremely helpful from start to finish and this was on bank holiday Monday! -Thankfully my measurements were correct however I did opt to take the insurance just in case. I ordered my shutters on Wednesday evening and they arrived 48 hours later - I did ask for fast delivery however standard delivery was only a couple of weeks but I am impatient!

They arrived very well packaged and
protected and took about 10 mins to install. I am so pleased with them, excellent quality and I will be ordering more. Ben has been in touch throughout the whole process and
has been extremely helpful so thank you. Highly highly recommended and a very very good cost.

The process of ordering these shutters was all very smooth. I measured them many times as really didn't want to go through the hassle of insurance and sending them back etc. I rang Ben with a couple of queries and he was extremely helpful and i sent in a photo of my window, which he overlooked etc.
He kept me posted with updates re tracking and these arrived within 7 working days. Very impressed with the speed, great customer service (as it should be) and the lower price than some of the major companies.
Shutters look brilliant. If i need any more, wouldn't hesitate to use this company. Thank you.

Honestly if I could give this company 10 stars I would! From start to finish the customer service has been brilliant.
I was anxious initially having to measure everything myself but Ben was fantastic, he gave me a call and talked me through the whole process which I found really helpful. Ben kept me updated with my order progress, delivery was smooth and the fitting was easy! We are so pleased with our shutters, they look stunning .. we ordered initially for the windows at the front of our house and now I can’t wait to order again for the rest of the windows! From start to finish the whole process was so smooth, Ben kept in touch via WhatsApp/Instagram checking the sizes were correct when I had placed my order, sent me a link when the shutters had been shipped and they arrived the day after they were shipped- from placing the order to delivery it took 5 days. Shutters arrived well packed so from been delivered to actually put up it took a total of 10mins absolutely brilliant and so easy to install, they look great would highly recommend - thank you so much!!
