The process was simple, prices with 24hr delivery were very reasonable and the delivery itself was faultless. The quality of our oak logs was good and they were well packed, including some nice freebies. Well done.

Nice selection of logs (although a little larger than last order) which isnt a prob,i suppose its whats available at the time. The delivery was fantastic, really accomodating delivery guy went above and beyond his kerbside delivery.

Having just started using this company i find that the administration side is excellent but after admin sorted its the haulier who lets co.pany down
Payment always paid up front so all you want is expected delivery and this is down to haulier.
This is .my only negative but can only get better

I phoned for some logs on a Friday…
I phoned for some logs on a Friday (last week) expecting to receive them on the following Monday - as it says on the website ‘next day delivery’ does not include the w/e. Logs appeared on Saturday morning, thanks to Becki. Yay! What a star…
