Non-Communicative and Terrible Customer Service
I paid over $10,000 in product to Instant Promotion for Tents, walls, Table covers and everything in between. We were undeniably clear about the date we needed our tent for an upcoming expo. We gave them over 4 weeks and they said it wouldn't be a problem at all to get them. They had tracking numbers that showed our order from their manufacturer stuck order for over 2 weeks Instant Promotion never did anything or even let us know that there was a problem. I called and spoke to James on the phone and was told by him that he would have his manager call me back. Never heard a word from them since. I've left voicemail after voicemail but they have chosen to ignore the situation. I will never do business with this company again, and urge anyone to go elsewhere.

Currently returning a tent frame and it’s has been a really easy process. They answered the 800 number call and gave me an email with instructions for return . Just sent UPS and now waiting for a new light weight tent frame replacement.
