I needed a custom tent for my business and I had an excellent experience with Instant Promotion. They were very responsive, helpful with tweaking my design to how I wanted it and it was produced and shipped within the time they quoted. I was very pleased with how it turned out and have gotten many compliments on my new tent!

The customer services of James Shang was excellent
The communication from James Shang was excellent. He answered all of my questions and got my finish line arch into production very quickly. It arrived in plenty of time for my event, despite the fact that I ordered it a bit later than anticipated. All in all a great experience and a great product.

10x10 customized tent
Our office ordered a customized 10x10 popup tent. Zach patiently answered all of our questions and made all of the edits until we were happy with the final design. Printing and shipping was very fast and the quality of the tent/stand/storage bag met all of our expectations. We would definitely order from them again.

There are no shortage of companies you can use to design & print backdrops for you. I ran across this company in my internet searches and I am SO GLAD that I found them! The entire process from start to finish was easy, they answered all my questions, &the final product was great quality! The owners of my company were very happy & loved hearing knowing they own the backdrop, podium, and shipping case to use over and over again!

Customer Service
The customer service was very helpful with getting my order ready and my custom printing done. My order shipped and was received at the time they said it would be. I wish they had informed me of the carrying bag for the frame at the time I ordered. I am very pleased with the quality of there work and their professionalism.
