Scam site. Any positive comments here is fake! You can clearly search the site and find reddits or other review platforms and they’ll tell you it’s all fake and a scam! I tried to order and bank wouldn’t even clear the transaction because it’s a scam site! Don’t waste your time and money. Just save up and go get some real tint done by a pro!

Ordered window tint product on February 22nd 2024. Before ordering I was given an
expectation of 2-3 weeks to my doorstep, and my satisfaction was guaranteed. Every few
weeks, every month, up until now, I have been in contact with them trying to get an
update for my order. On May 8th since they could not provide any reasonable
explanation or timeframe of when I would receive my product, I asked for a refund. On
July 26th, I was told the refund would be processed as soon as possible. I have to this
day not received a refund nor the product. Nor have I received any reasonable
explanation.

Horrible company, horrible experience, horrible so called customer service all the way around. Ordered on August 8th absolutely nothing from them at all since besides bogus generic emails stating sorry for the delay my order will ship soon, when i have clearly requested a refund multiple times since Aug 12th all to get an from Dylan that my order will ship. Reached out on IG no help. Reached out to a phone number that the BBB had listed and clearly was not the correct number however this company is good at scamming people because the number i called knew exactly who i was looking for and several others are as well. I will be disputing the charge with my bank tomorrow and logging a complaint with the BBB. Someone needs to shut this guy down!!!

I ordered in first week of May. After a month of emailing asking for an update I received a reply that they were overwhelmed with orders and sorry for the delay. Then after not receiving for another month they assured me my order would be shipping soon. Then one more month passed and I was again assured I would receive my order soon. So I contacted my credit card and initiated a charge back.

I ordered full package and it was missing tints for rear passenger windows. It was also missing kit for installation.
Fitment for wrong as well. I had to use scissors to get the sizes right.
And it took months for it to get delivered.

If I could give no stars I would this company is useless they advertised a rigid tint and you get a flimsy tint like normal tint and it took 8 weeks to arrive then when I email them about a refund they completely ignore me

Your product is the worst. took forever to arrive, and when it arrived it didn't have all the pieces. Not worth it at all.

Tints did not fit correctly to the windows was missing. A windshield, and a back windshield was told they do not have the right cutting to do it. It's been 3 weeks I'm trying to return it and keep delaying me a return label, I'm about to contact my credit card company and clam this as a fraud

My order was incomplete, not correct, & misrepresented by the ads and assurances. (They deserve a quarter of a Star ⭐)
No Rear or Front Windshield tint was in the order
The Tint that was received seems to be All the same Darkness. ~My order went from Full Package (all windows & windshields)/15%" to just Saying "Rear Windshield / 15%", but only received the sides. I spoke with them about my order prior and noted changes to my earlier order from over 4 months ago (March 25th, 2024 ) What I received (July 20th) is VERY WRONG. There response:
"We regret to inform you that, unfortunately, we are unable to produce the windshields you ordered. We understand how disappointing this news must be and sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. To make amends for this situation, we would like to offer you a refund of $20 for the windshields. Our goal is to ensure your satisfaction and maintain your trust in our company.
Once again, we apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding. Should you have any questions or need further assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us. Thank you for your understanding and patience.

Let me ask you, if i order a product from any other store and you dont deliver the goods and services as agreed, what should be the outcome? Their communication has been subpar and without recourse for remedy.
Also they have a FAKE "Lifetime Warranty" policy.
I tried to support a new company and a new idea that i thought was valid. this company( likely legal scammers?) is garbage. They are not responding to emails or their Meta (Instagram) accounts. PLEASE just support your local tinters, it's a far worthy outcome then putting your trust into this unvetted company (or any others touting similarity).

Stay away from this company!!!! Wish I would have found this BEFORE I placed an order. It's been 6 weeks, no product. No shipping notification. BS canned response from (lack of) customer service. I have requested to cancel and demanded a refund. I will leave an appropriate review on BBB.

They don’t send the product! Ordered 2 months ago on June 2nd. Get emails about BS upgrade and they have too many orders. All you get is AI emails! Report to the BBB and facebook SCAM SCAM SCAM

Never received my tint. Tried tracking number and said it did not exist. Emailed twice with no response. Money was taken out of my bank account. Working with my bank now to get my money back.

They are terrible, I bought 2 tints from them. 1 fit the other didn't. I asked for a refund and they haven't replied to my request. They do not honor their warranty. Terrible business people, dishonest!!

The product has great quality and was really easy to put on.

If 0 stars were possible, I would give that instead.

Update- I am convinced this is a scam. Still no product or answer from them about a refund. Ordered 10 Weeks ago. I was told 1-2 weeks. I received a generic email saying they upgraded the facility and my order will ship the next week. That was about a month ago. Asking for a refund, but by the looks of the other reviews, that is not likely. Live and learn.

Paid for my product and didn’t receive anything. No call back or email terrible service

took some time but came out looking great 🙂 cuts were exact and super easy to install. hope to see them get better customer service soon

Simply stay away from this scam. I ordered back in March - gave them the benefit of being a startup and their instant "success" as a reason why my order was delayed. I had to follow up multiple times over a 10 week period to get some sort of answer. I have yet to receive the product or the refund requested 2 weeks ago. I see the same thing has happen to many. Stay away from the Scam!!!

Saw the idea on instagram and gave it a shot! It came a few weeks late but turned out really nice.
