Still haven’t received scam company do not order from them trying to get money back

Don’t buy anything from this company. Tint arrived and it fit my windows, but you can not roll the windows down like it shows in their marketing video, located on the web page. Also the two sided tape that is shown in the photos is not what was sent. The tint was damaged attempting to roll my window down the first time. I sent emails requesting what was marketed or a refund and they have failed to respond back after multiple attempts.

This product does not work You have to tape it onto your actual glass. I've been asking for a refund for 3 weeks now with no results do not waste your money. Scam artists.

The worst I had to deal with or lack of. I ordered my tint. Months past by I reach out didn't get a response til weeks later. They told they were swamp and a couple more months past. I reach out and again waited and finally they told me it was sent out. Didn't recieved it til a month and half later. And it was the wrong vehicle. So again reach out. It has been 2 1/2 months going on 3. And remember there is 30 day return policy. I haven't heard or received a single word. Spent $150 on trash that I'm stuck with. Below 0 stars for everything. They failed to ship for 5 weeks. I canceled the order and canceled my charge. They shipped a week later. I returned it until opened. They shipped it back.
This company is a complete failure imho...

Why did I not read these reviews before ordering !! Great concept but they dont work. Spent most of day installing these as I am a perfectionest...glue is awful to work with...after complete window goes up and down twice...third time it catches and rips off....played around for hours trying to solve issue...bottom line they do not work...unhappy...been requesting a refund for 2 months now...nothing but excuses ! GARBAGE PRODUCT !

Gave me wrong back window for my truck did not give me windshield tint at all. Then when I contacted them they responded with “For the windshield, it seems like there has been an issue with the fulfillment as it is still marked as unfulfilled” and said they would look into the rear window. And get back to me two weeks later nothing. This company is a scam. Also it took over a month before it got here.

I ordered from them and have received nothing. I have reached out several times and noone has replied. Total rip off!

Poor communication from the get go. Took 4 weeks to receive the order. The advertisements are very misleading. The tint is very cloudy and distorting to look through and it has to adhere to a double sided tape you put on at the top of the window. The tint sheet does not stick to the glass in any other way. It’s also very fragile. With a paper towel the tint sheet scratches. I threw it in the trash after I saw how it looked. Very misleading product. Would not recommend it at all

Placed a order for 2 vehicles took them 17 days to ask about the details of my order took a month for me to receive my order only to get half of my order asked for a refund on what i didnt receive and I've been ignored about it for a few days now it's been a problem the whole
process tint quality is horrible the customer service is horrible wouldn't recommend this place to my worse enemy

Placed a order with instatint in March 2024, after numerous attempts to contact them with a update I finally got a reply in July where I was told told my order will be done in the next 1-2 week… it’s now been 7 months since placing my order and more attempts to contact them are just being ignored and still nothing received.

I would advise to avoid at all cost. Definitely the worst company I have ever experienced.

Misleading, the product does not stick to your window. Don’t waste your money.

Sent the wrong size tint for my Honda civic, promised a partial refund, and never issued it. Now they just don’t reply to any of my emails.

They stole my money on April13,2024. After approx 50 emails and messages via Instagram, still no product, no refund. They keep sending the same form email stating sorry for the inconvenience my request for refund is under review.

I ordered tint for my car in Mid August. Unlike other reviewers I did receive it in about 6 weeks. I opened the box and took the tint out to dry fit to the car only to find that the front and rear passenger windows were cut wrong. The front windows extended 10" past the centre pillar, the rear windows were not even for my car. I was also completely missing the rear quarter panels. Only the rear window was a perfect fit. I emailed the company 2 days after I received the order when I noticed the error and every other day since then but have yet to hear back. I will soon be pursuing a charge-back with my credit card company though not certain I will get this given that the order was delivered.

The kit was not like I ordered and does not fit

My son ordered tint for his car, then looked at reviews which he should’ve done first, I know. He emailed the company 30 minutes later and said he wanted to cancel the order. Someone responded right away and said yes we can cancel it because it’s sent to production yet, you should receive your refund within five days. The next day someone emailed and said no it’s too late to cancel your order, it’s already in production. I reached out to them To explain to this other individual that we already received an email stating the order is canceled and we can expect a refund, he then asked me for my order number I provided it and then they never responded to us again. They took the money and it’s been a month and we have yet to receive the product to try and at least return it. I had to file a dispute with my bank to get the money back, but luckily, I had all the communication from the start and how I tried to reach out to them numerous times. We finally our money back… thankfully! And be leery of the return policy, it says even if the tint is cut incorrectly, you have to return it within 30 days. We never even received it to try and return it.

DO NOT PURCHASE!
There is no phone number for customer service and no one responds to emails. I tried to cancel my order the same day i ordered it, after looking into reviews, I and received no response. I emailed several more times with no response. Surprisingly, the product arrived after 4 weeks, but it was damaged. I emailed about returning the item and I'm still waiting 24 hours later for a response. Not feeling confident that I will ever be refunded.

Like most other REAL reviews, we placed our order 6 weeks ago, no product, no refund, sent over 10+ contact emails, no response. Will report to my bank as fraud and hopefully get a refund that way. And report to BBB.

Product is terrible. Don't waste your money like I did.
