Ordered on Tuesday, received Friday morning. The lunch box was well packaged in bubble wrap. I've used it for meal prep three times now and nothing has shifted or leaked during transport. The compartments are practical, though I wish the lid latches were a bit easier to open when your hands are cold.

I bought one of their insulated bags last month for weekend trips with the family, and honestly it's transformed how we travel. Everything stays at the right temperature, the exterior doesn't sweat even with ice inside, and the strap is comfortable enough for longer carries. My kids actually want to take it places now because it works so well. Been recommending it to friends ever since because the quality-to-price ratio here is just difficult to beat compared to what you get from other brands. It's one of those purchases that makes you wonder why you waited so long to upgrade.

Compared to my old thermal flask from years ago, this one is in a completely different league. The vacuum seal is noticeably tighter, the design looks modern, and it actually keeps things cold for a full day in summer heat. My previous one would struggle after four hours. This is a real upgrade and I'm glad I made the switch.

I was hesitant about the price initially, but after using this bottle daily for two weeks, I can see why it costs more. The build quality is genuinely impressive and it's become part of my morning routine. Worth every penny.

I ordered on 03.04.26. By 14.04.26 no delivery and 'Yun Tracking' says item still in China. I have requested a full refund but as yet received no response. Do NOT EVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY AS YOU WON'T GET YOUR ORDER.
16th April - still no order & no response to these thieves who don't reply when I have asked for a refund! Strange how they can take your money but don't bother about anything after that! Obviously no conscience!
17th - still no response about a refund. I did get a response which wasn't even about my order! ABSOLUTE RUBBISH NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. DO NOT DEAL WITH. MY ORDER STILL HASN'T ARRIVED!!!

SCAM! Do not buy. They are not UK based, its made in China and does not keep your food hot. Only kept hot for a very short amount of time. Avoid

Total sham of a company. Is Chinese-based, rather than UK as they claim on their website which explains the long transit delays. Followed up after hearing nothing after 10 days and was told it had been lost in transit, although I had never received a dispatch email. Was given a Yuntu tracking number which doesn't work, and the Shop app link is not saying it's been dispatched yet. I sent another email after two weeks saying if it hadn't arrived in another 5 working days I would assume it's lost since request a refund. They replied with a terse email with another broken tracking link. At least it was only £30 I've lost but don't buy from this company.

Edit: the lunchbox finally arrived (over a month since ordered) the box is pretty bashed up and in Chinese. The lunchbox itself isn't damaged but it's also not a thermal box as described just a cheap plastic box with a metal bowl inside. Worth about £5 from Tesco...

I bought this item Lunch Box Heat Insulated for my son's pack lunch but the food doesn't stay warm for more than 30minutes.

I spoke with customer service and they were very happy to send me a new container, different one, that would keep the food warm for 10h.

I asked them to send me the product for me to check and agree. The only told me what was the product when they shipped. Was much bigger (what wasn't what I wanted), more expensive and they wanted me to pay for the remaining.
I asked them to cancel and asked for my refund. They told me they would refund in 72h.
I NEVER RECEIVED the refund

Stated uk company but in fact from China. Still waiting for item. Will contact PayPal to see if I can get refund. It’s definitely not a 4 day delivery. Yet again I’ve been a fool getting tricked in thinking I’m buying from the uk.

Unfortunately, when you place the order, there is no indication that you will be waiting for weeks for the product to arrive. So if you need something quickly, don't order from here. I've requested a refund as I'm still waiting for my item and it's taken so long I no longer need it. I'll update this review to let you if they issue me a refund......

Massive scam! I’ve ordered and not received! No responses from customer service on email or their chat messenger. Such high hopes, but instead lost my money… seeing the reviews on here seems like they don’t know how to run a business.

Do not buy through this company, it is drop shipping from China marketed as the UK. Container does NOT keep food insulated at all. Food straight out the pan is put warm in 1 hour when advertised as 24hours heat retention. Item returned

Web sight looks amazing so ordered the insulated lunch box £35 . When it came FROM CHINA it’s made from cheep crap. I did try to cancel the order the day after I ordered it but no response from seller. I think about 4 emails later and still no response. The phone line does not work either so alarm bells are ringing now. I sent a email requesting the item to be sent back to which they DID reply and said a returns label would be with me in 72 hours. A week later no returns label. Emailed again and they have just given me a FULL refund . BUT MY ADVICE DONT WAIST YOUR TIME OR MONEY .

This is total sham of a company! I paid over £40.00 for two small insulated lunch boxes. Weeks later they arrived - nothing like as advertised. A plastic, almost toy-like item. It was obvious when I opened them , that there was no way they would be keeping anything warm! We put it to the test. Because the lid is not insulated AT ALL the heat immediately began to escape via the flimsy plastic lid, even though it was sealed and closed. Of course the food went cold (and sloppy from condensation) in no time. It also states that it is an 'English Brand' which it isn't as it came from China! Can't believe I was duped by a very good quality website and reviews, without checking here first!

Item arrived and not as described, instead of stainless steel it was plastic with a metal insert, dimensions incorrect, didn't keep food warm as assured on the chat.
Asked to return had to wait three days for a return label as yet to receive reimbursement. Do not engage with this company

Avoid at all cost. The quality of the goods is appalling relative to the price. My order took 3 weeks to arrive in varying states, all looked like they’d been sent by an eBay seller only worse condition. Having returned my order I still await a refund 2 weeks later. Utterly abysmal company.

The item was not the advertised size.
The ‘insulated box’ was totally uninsulated and the food went immediately cold.
The contact phone number does not work.
This was a pricey item and I await a refund.

Advertised as british brand but it comes from China. Ordered an insulated lunch box doesn’t keep food warm at all. Contacted customer services they don’t answer questions just fob you off. DO NOT BUY complete waste of money
