Dealing with Jeff was an absolute pleasure. Very funny guy, and knows his subject inside out. I called for initial advice, which he generously gave and will save me lots of time dealing with the insurance company. Would thoroughly recommend.

I spoke with Jeff Salmon regarding my claim. Although it was too late to take on the case on a commission basis, Jeff generously offered his time and expertise without charge. He provided clear, honest advice on how to settle my claim and even offered to speak to the loss adjuster on my behalf. Jeff pointed out a few fundamental mistakes I had made, which was incredibly insightful and helpful.

John and Jeff have been invaluable over the last 5 years in helping us settle a Covid insurance claim. The insurance company QBE refused the claim initially but with the help of John and Jeff over the course of time they have settled all of our claims. Brilliant Service. It was a privilege to speak with Jeff Salmon this afternoon.
