I had to make a claim with Hastings insurance, due to a leak in the kitchen. after two very low settlement offers I decided to contact Salmon Assessors.
When I called I was very fortunate to speak to a very senior member of the team. The gentlemen gave me some very invaluable advice on how to proceed in dealing with the mentioned insurance company, so much so he so very kindly emailed me a very articulate draft letter in response to there low settlement offers, this has given me much more confidence in getting my claim settled, but should that not be the case Salmon Assessor assured me they would be happy to help in any way. Phoned Salmon Assessors ahead of a Loss Adjusters visit for a domestic Building Insurance claim. They were quick to answer and gave helpful and comprehensive advice about how to progress our claim and prepare for the visit.

I needed advice on a mains pipe burst which caused largescale damage around my property. I was put forward by a friend and I must say the honest advice was perfect for my situation.
