Easy to find medical conditions that relate to you. Reasonable price compared to other policies. Good to find insurance for transplant patients and not be refused . We have not travelled yet so cannot comment on claims but hopefully will not have to.

Been using insurance with since Fiona the founder set it up. The scheduled appointments with staff that are understanding, knowledgeable and empathetic find you the right level of cover and your are not ripped off.

I recently took out insurance with Deborah and she was fantastic, patient with me, listened to me and I took out the policy and that’s USP one to one conversation with customer service who knows there way around the system and in my case the medical conditions we need cover.

I have tried other companies in the past, but they can’t get anywhere near the service provided by insurance with and I think the reason why they are so unique, is because Fiona the founder built the company up based on her experience of Cancer and that has made such a difference as she and her team genuinely connect with that.

I literally don’t think me and my family could have had the holidays we have had without insurance with providing cover us without being charged the extortion prices other companies inflict upon those with complex medical needs.

Hayden was very helpful and clear. Lots of questions due to health issues but dealt with very well.Quote given and accepted in just over 1 hour on phone. Details in email within a couple of hours which was excellent speed. Just waiting for paper copy in post.

It was an OK experience but I finished up having to re-enter all medications and conditions. Would have been much simpler to be asked to review all pre-declared items and confirm continued applicability.
