Great to get reasonably priced insurance with medical history. Couldn't use the on-line form using the drop down boxes so had to call but the customer service team were very helpful.

Easy website to use. Medical conditions listed well with sensible questions asked about illness some sites ask what seem such irrelevant questions. Most of all is the cost a fraction of other equal policies, it has made travelling possible for me again.

Best most understanding insurance company

I made two calls to Insurancewith. Planned dates for forthcoming trips meant that renewal of an annual policy would occur in a short window between trips and that the renewal would become due whilst I was away. The first call was a complete waste of time and a promised call back from a more senior adviser never happened. The second call was still a disappointment even though the agent was trying to be helpful. The result was that I have had to begin a new policy early and waste 3 weeks of the original policy as renewal cannot be made more than 28 days before expiry of a policy. This seems very arbitrary but the agent was very helpful nonetheless.
