Don't auto renew as higher prices
Been with company for several years. Renewal came through at 30% increase from year previous year. Requested a quote as a new customer and got it cheaper than last year!. As with many insurance companies don't auto renew as they penalise loyal customers with huge price hikes. Should be illegal and charges same as a new customer.

Disappointing
Disappointing. Been with them for 15 years minimum. They take the Michael each year - quoting renewal at silly prices compared to what you can find it for online, even with the same company. If they check records, they’ll know I get in touch each year to tell them - and they reduce price or send balls to compensate. Had enough this year, so just cancelled and will take cover out elsewhere. Their greed has lost them a customer of 15+years who has claimed £0 in all that time

However, this discount is only available for the first year, and once your policy renews, it will revert to the standard pricing. Our underwriters provide this discount exclusively for new members, which is why the price changes at renewal.
