Probably the simplest way of getting great sports insurance. Once I restarted training, they were my first point of call, as it's been with them before. Highly recommended!

Renewal Prices Excessive compared to new customers
I have used Insure4sport for 5 years and my renewal went up considerably. I used a different email address to get a quote as a new customer, added income protection and legal protection and it was £35.00 cheaper. I don't feel loyal customers should be penalised with heavy renewals when new customers get a huge discount.

I’m sorry to hear that feel this way in respect of our introductory discount and with the pricing of your renewal.
To clarify, like many companies, we offer an introductory discount for new customers, which you likely benefited from when you first joined us. However, this discount is only available for the first year, and once your policy renews, it will revert to the standard pricing. Our underwriters provide this discount exclusively for new members, which is why the price changes at renewal.
If customers are not happy with the renewal price, we can certainly look into any discounts that may be available when they get in touch. Once again, I apologize for any frustration you’ve experienced. We always aim to assist our customers to the best of our ability, and I’ll be sure to share your feedback with the relevant team.

Offer renewals same as new customers!!!…
The whole experience was good apart from one bit.
I’d insured with them before and the renewal was £60 more as they said no new customer discount. I went through a comparison site and got £63 off…just offer renewals at same price

Insure4sport policy
Very good price for the cover given for my pickleball insurance policy. Easy to set up but had a problem paying. First time round payment looked like it was put on my credit card/ pending but policy was not completed. After phoning I was told a problem with the server had occurred. All ok a second time round however first payment is still pending at the moment.
It is good to have peace of mind for accidental injury against other players as well as myself.

Review regards setting up as new customer
Just a review so far regarding setting up initially and from quote for my PT insurance...to sorting it all out was made very easy to do on online. I received everything from insure 4 sport very fast. Got a good discount because I am new customer so price this year was cheaper.
