Having reviewed your account, we can see that your cancellation request was submitted outside our customer service opening hours. Our renewal process also begins a few days before the renewal date to allow time to resolve any payment issues and help avoid an unintended break in cover.
We're pleased to see that one of our advisors has since been able to resolve this for you and that a full refund has been processed.
