Poor customer relations
i got my renewal and rang to see how much monthly direct payments would be and I was given a figure and I asked was there any deposit to be paid and I was told no .The following week letter arrived and guest what there was a deposit of 101 euro to paid and when I rang I was told you should have been told as the time and that was it I was very unhappy with response but I told we should have told you I was wondering was it a ploy so you think you are getting a good deal and then you are hit with the deposit
