I have just had a new battery fitted by In Time for my Lacoste watch with an eighteen month guarantee and I also had a pressure test done.

I am extremely happy with the service but slightly worried due to other reviews about the duration of the battery because £24.95 is a lot to pay so I will definately be returning my watch if the guarantee doesn't last.

The worst experience ever. I left my bracelet 3 weeks ago and they never contacted me to tell me how much the repair would cost, after many calls from my part, they finally managed to give me a quote, due to the time that has passed I told them that I just wanted my bracelet back and until now I'm still waiting for it!!! I have been trying to contact them and they never answer the phone and I am beginning to believe they lost my bracelet. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!!

I took my watch today for a new battery in my home town of Romford.
The gentleman who done it was very professional and I was most impressed. He offered me advice on how to care for my Mossad watch as parts can only come from israel. As it was a dive watch, he changed the seal as well. It was well worth the money to have professional look at my watch.

Excellent service today from Turyan at in time jewellery repairs crystal peaks i had taken my necklace to be cleaned due to it losing it’s shine and turned a brass colour , when I received it I was stunned with the result it looked amazing and shiny and I’m really happy I can now wear my necklace again. Would 100% recommend this service

The tigers eye stone went missing from my gold signet ring. It was replaced perfectly by In-Time with excellent workmanship and my ring was returned in a beautiful polished condition all for a very reasonable price. Very highly recommended with excellent communication. Thank you.

Very happy with professional service and great customer care. Arthur, who works at Beales dept store in Southport, looked after our 7 watches, including battery replacement and adjustment work. Answered our questions and checked the state of the watches.

2nd dealing in time with customer service dept in Stockport and can not fault there professionalism and customer care. Claire oversaw my recent repair work to my faulty watch from start to finish, keeping me informed throughout. I was very impressed with the way everything was handled and fully intend to continue to leave any problems with my watch with them should it be needed.

I want to leave a review regarding the exceptional service I received from Marco at your Bournemouth store. I had a have a watch which my wife gave to me as a gift for my 40th birthday. Over time it has worn out and after taking it to H Samuels I was told it was not repairable. When taking another watch to Marco for a battery replacement, I discussed with Marco and he said to bring it in and he would look at it. I did and low and behold, Marco the magician repaired it. I am so pleased I went to see Marco today to thank him. I would very much like you to place this review on-line please. Please also recognise his excellent customer skills.

Had replacement battery for genuine Cartier watch. Was waiting to review as wanted to check if watch lost time or got water in after shower or sea swim :)) All have stood the test. Thanks Abdul for the good service which you did around 2/06/22 @ Cambridge grafton centre.

I recently had a watch repaired (new crystal face and battery). The watch was also cleaned (free) and arrived back on time. I was contacted on its arrival.
At my visit, I also ordered a new blue leather strap for another watch. The company ordered me 2 so I could choose my favourite colour. Had a fitting today and they also cleaned my existing steel bracelet (again, free of charge).
The service, value, communications and quality of workmanship I received at both visits was exemplary and the 2 staff I met were helpful, knowledgeable and couldn't do enough for me.
Overall, I cant recommend this company enough!

I urgently needed a necklace repairing for a very important event. I went to Crystal Peaks In-time Services. They went out of their way to repair the necklace on-site even though it should have been sent away to repair. It looks perfect and I was very impressed at the efficiency, the friendliness and the genuine concern for my dilemma. Trish in particular provided excellent service. This is not the first time they have provided such excellent service and I will certainly be returning on future occasions.

It was refreshing to deal with a company that knew how to conduct business in the twenty first century. I was impressed both with your service and keeping me informed throughout the complete repair process.

I went to the Derby in Derbion Shopping Centre to get my watch repaired today and was very pleased with work done and the knowledge of the watch maker.
