Easy to order and pay for my purchase . Would definatly use Intus health care again.

MAD poduct isn't great and is very bulky in the mouth, once set it's almost impossible to change the fit. Sadly for me it was a waste if £66.

I would warn that the test device isn't the most comfortable for the cost, however it does work and the instructions are very easy to follow which was good. I had now issues with the sleep test product and would recommend.

I can say that the product was refunded by the customer service team, which I'm thankful for as this means at least I only lost the cost of the delivery.

Overall I will amend this review to reflect the refund and the service received through email.

The length of time you need to wait threw the NHS isn't the best,you don't have to worry with intus,yeah it's expensive but if you have to wait on th NHS list for 18 months or more it's a tenner a month in one hit and you have your results in 48 hours from order to sleep study to results in your mail box .... HASSLE FREE !!!😁 totally 💯% highly recommended

Great company. I bought a mask with their mask guarantee so I could return it if it wasn’t suitable. Unfortunately the mask wasn’t right for me and they organised the return with no quibble and refund was super quick. Really pleased with my experience.

Everything was easy from the minute i clicked register now! Went from registering to CPAP delivered and in use within 48 hours.

I rented a CPAP machine from Intus Healthcare for two months while I was in the UK last year, and the service I received was excellent from start to finish.

The customer service team was friendly, professional and extremely knowledgeable. Whenever I had a question, they were always happy to help and took the time to explain everything clearly.

Delivery was also very fast, and the whole rental process was straightforward and hassle-free.

It's refreshing to deal with a company that genuinely values its customers and provides such a high standard of support. I would have no hesitation in recommending Intus Healthcare to anyone looking to rent or purchase CPAP equipment.

One incorrect product was sent, but they immediately put this right and the new hose arrived the following day and details of how to return the incorrect one. So, small mistake, but put right very quickly

I've found the whole process confusing and poorly described. I've found it hard to know what to expect and what to do. For example, being told days before set up that I just need to press the on button, then getting a generic booklet from the company with the machine (that didn't say that) along with a complex book of instructions I didn't realise I didn't need to follow (and still don't understand). Frankly there should have been a consultation with the equipment to hand, not before.
I don't doubt the quality of the equipment and I think the service will be ok when I'm up and running. But I'd recommend others to check out different services in case they're clearer.
