Good customer service and very responsive action taken to provide fast delivery.

I do feel a little cheated to be fair! I ordered a F40 face mask and they took my money happily but waited a week to tell me it was out of stock !!
I decided to buy my next product from a different company !!
It was fine, delivered quickly and painlessly!
I ordered another product from the first company because no one else had it in stock. I was then offered a 5% discount. The next thing I needed was a battery pack costing £350:00 but didn’t use them again I used a different company only to find they are the same company, just a different name ! So should have got 5%off!! They have got the cpap market tied up with the different names

To be fair they did come back to me and give me the discount on the battery pack, so thanks for that !

Very good in delivery and quick

On the telephone , your staff member was very helpful in identifying the product I needed to buy. It was delivered within the time frame.I was given. And it is exactly what I wanted.
All very good indeed.

Ordered was in stock even tho website said so, spoke on email they hadn't got a clue

I had to send multiple emails to you and your response every time was ai rubbish, then I had to ring you up multiple times to actually speak to someone to try sort what was going on, but yeah try paint a picture that you sorted it out for me because you didn't at all

I had a problem left a message and I was rung up very promptly and the problem sorted.

Intus always deliver excellent service - excellent equipment, information, prompt delivery and refund, if necessary- no quibble. Whilst NHS gave absolutely no help at all, Intus was there to step into the gap, giving helpful advice and assurance.

The service was great and seamless all the way through from ordering the sleep test to prompt delivery of results.

Ordered a new face mask for CPAP machine was delayed but as soon as available wa delivered but the package was apparently taken from being lodged in our letterbox The team at Intus responded immediately sending out another and it arrived two days later . Much appreciated and professional service .
