To be perfectly honest. I've never had a full night's uninterrupted sleep since using the machine, nor have I woken up fully refreshed. On the other hand though, it gas helped with cutting out my snoring so it's a 6 or half dozen kinda thing.

Intus customer service was brilliant. They responded to emails quickly and refunded the priority postage I paid for after it took Royal Mail 9 days to deliver a Tracked 48 delivery. Shame they use Royal Mail for deliveries.

Very professional service. Equipment is excellent and easy to use for the overnight test for sleep apnoea. Website and printed information very clear and informative.

This is my second review of Intus. The first was disappointing due to the poor attitude of a telephone operator. However I said that should my experience alter I would update my review so here goes. I have been trying to work my way through the problems that come with trying to address sleep apnea. Trying to identify the correct mask, identify the correct pressure, managing rainout. Their technical advisors have been patient , engaging and knowledgeable. I now appear to have solved my issues and my health and general wellbeing is improving hugely. Keep up the good work. Life altering treatment.

This is the first time I have dealt with Inctus and I was delighted by the quick service and also the goods I ordered. I will definitely order from them again in the future.

I order here every now and then to try and help the NHS .I'm entitled to free masks and cushions,filters and straps and the machine .I have bought my own CPAP machine replacement and accessories costing nearly £1000 .I know not evertcan afford to do this but you should do what you can to help .

First impressions with Intus and its staff were very positive.
My first consultation with Kloe was very informative and all my concerns were addressed.
Shipping the product to me was also very quick and although DHL were prompt I had rearranged the delivery day however this instruction was ignored by DHL resulting in the box been left "behind the the bins" and no notification it was there. I thought it was a signed for shipment however...I did receive it. 👍
Product was well packaged and arrived undamaged.

Didn't completely understand all the CPAP stuff but after speaking to Intus on the phone they were extremely helpful and put my mind to rest. I would highly recommend Intus to anyone who wishes to purchase equipment
