Very good service and products

The product was shipped Royal Mail 48. and arrived just at the point where I was wondering where it was! I have used similar products before. This one comes with some nasal douche powder sachets which I guess are mainly Sodium Chloride ??? The power is OK but might be less than previous purchase. However, that probably not a bad thing. Will it solve you're health problem? I don't know. However, if you want to try an electronic nasal douche at a reasonable price this product works as you would expect in all respects

Sleep study results not available within 2 business days and not able to say when they will be done.

I ordered a sleep study with Intus because they said the results would be ready within 2 business days. I took the test on the day that it arrived with me. When I hadn’t received my results within two business days of submitting the data, I phoned up to find out how long they would be.

The customer service rep told me that they had no technicians working that day (despite it being a normal working day) and that my results wouldn’t be available until sometime in the following week. She wasn’t able to even say which day.

To make this even worse, they had previously sent me an email pointing out that I hadn’t done the test - before the test had even been delivered to me. Why were they chasing me when they had no staff to process it?

I first used your CPAP wipes during a 5 week holiday to New Zealand. They are excellent and I was very impressed. I decided to reorder them to use at home. Well done.

From the very first telephone appointment to my latest consultation Intus have been exceptional. There is no pressure to purchase anything. They evaluate your needs very well and based on your sleep test results they will recommend the appropriate equipment. The online face to face teams meetings are very professionally conducted and they are able to answer any query or concern. I took out the subscription service and it provides everything I need when I need it. The equipment really is top quality. I have used the online contact form several times being an anxious newbie with many questions and the replies are very prompt and well informed. I have Kloe as my contact and she is outstanding. I was very hesitant and nervous to start cpap treatment but 2 months in I wonder why I put it off for so long. I have never slept better, no longer snore so my wife is delighted and she can sleep now, and I haven’t felt so energised in a long time. No more fuzziness in the mornings. Don’t waste time thinking about just go ahead and do it!
