From the very first telephone appointment to my latest consultation Intus have been exceptional. There is no pressure to purchase anything. They evaluate your needs very well and based on your sleep test results they will recommend the appropriate equipment. The online face to face teams meetings are very professionally conducted and they are able to answer any query or concern. I took out the subscription service and it provides everything I need when I need it. The equipment really is top quality. I have used the online contact form several times being an anxious newbie with many questions and the replies are very prompt and well informed. I have Kloe as my contact and she is outstanding. I was very hesitant and nervous to start cpap treatment but 2 months in I wonder why I put it off for so long. I have never slept better, no longer snore so my wife is delighted and she can sleep now, and I haven’t felt so energised in a long time. No more fuzziness in the mornings. Don’t waste time thinking about just go ahead and do it!

Intus Healthcare changed my life. I was slowly killing myself without knowing it. Best alternative to the NHS — I was sorted within a week. Got my driving licence back quicker because my sleep apnea is now under control. Honestly can't recommend them enough.

Staff helpful on telephone and Teams, but some information on website is not accurate and not fully helpful

Excellent communication throughout from enquiry stage, to discussion and negotiation on the price, the confirmation letters for machine set up and VAT, to the supply and provision of additional leaflets/booklets on how to set up and use the new AirMini CPAP machine. And a follow up email to check if everything was okay.
So my thanks must go to Gina, Hannah regarding the final price to match and beat other competitors, and Daniel on the paperwork - But all of who were helpful, polite, pleasant to talk to and quick to respond!

I bought an airmini ResMed CPAP machine. Bizarrely, the delivery company chose to leave the package in the rubbish bin outside my house which was waiting to be collected! I contacted them but got nowhere.

I then contacted Intus Healthecare and the response was brilliant, beyond anything I had expected. I received an email straight way from a very polite and helpful person. After I explained what had happened she apologized for the poor service by the delivery company and agreed to replace the lost item at no cost. I received it a few days letter.

I wish more companies provided this kind of support!

Good level of service and device delivered quickly

bmc automini travel cpap-it is just rubbish.It is cheaper which made go for it and i regret it.It is very loud. and i have been snoring most of the night.So basically i am snoring with added noise from
cpap and the nasal part is sturdy,not soft. Pls avoid buying it

Whisper quiet and smaller footprint. Accessories are too expensive for what they are.

The company is verry solid. If anything ever happens the customer service will sort it.The products are great quality also.

Reassurance from Return Insurance being available. Most sufferers will try a number of masks until they find one that suits them. Comfort is key and lack of comfort is the biggest reason why some give up on their therapy.

The filters for resmed airsense 10 I received are not genuine resmed filters. Look cheap and thin.

Good quality item

It was incredible. The revelation that my wife had sleep apnea has been life changing. Since buying the somnibel device her sleep quality has improved dramatically. She no longer wakes up with a dry mouth, her dreams and night terrors have almost disappeared and her general well being has improved considerably

My item didn’t arrive and I’m still waiting for it , bearing in mind I haven’t used my CPAP machine for 7 days now as I stop using it so I’d be off it for 5 days before having the sleep test , since last Wednesday 29.4.26 in the hope of it arriving, so now I’m feeling really tied and restless, I’ve rang up twice to inquire where the sleep testing set is and firstly was told it would be there between 9.am and 13.00 pm on the day, it didn’t arrive. I rang again I was told they would send me another and no charge ….. I’ve already paid £157.00 hello wake up and smell the coffee . Poor service .
