Had insulation work done on multiple rooms in my house, cannot fault the work or the lads doing it, special thanks goes to Ryan T and Joe who went above and beyond making sure I was happy with the work being done, both lads where happy and polite. Nothing was too much for them, thanks guys.

Keith and Young Dylan were brilliant at installing our new boiler, and their after care was also superb. Would highly recommend

Had Ryan T and Joe come today to fit window sills and they look amazing very greatful and very happy.

We had a new boiler fitted by Invictus Energy a couple of weeks ago and we must compliment them on their efficiency and service. From James in the office, Martin who undertook the survey and the lads who carried out the work Keith, Dylan, Paul and Sean the staff have been excellent. The work was finished quickly and tidily with good humour and respect for our property. All up and working in little more than a day, brilliant. We cannot rate them highly enough.

Had Ryan t and Joe today 2 great men worked hard and helped with everything and more very happy with them both and the plasterer, they get the 5 stars. as for the rest, not happy with the office, information, organisation and communication is lacking on all parts and seriously needs improvements as I have been housebound for months with no idea of when someone will be arriving or not.

Had my underfloor finished today on the grant and very happy with Ryan T and Joe how did the insulation and shawn the electrician and Paul the gas man all where professional and polite.

Had a new boiler fitted by two very professional tradesmen Keith and Dylan. Nothing was too much trouble and the job was carried out with efficiency. Love our new boiler would recommend

Had my house finished today by a great set of gentlemen, Ryan T, Ryan B and Owen they where very polite and very professional and was a pleasure to have in my home, would definitely recommend.

Initial mix up with the survey appointment but their team went the extra mile making up for that

After supplying and fitting a new radiator downstairs (great job on its own ) I proceeded to fix down the floorboards upstairs, hitting one pipe with a screw 🙈called Paul and told me how to drain the system, disaster averted, but carpets being fitted 8am the next morning, Paul assured me he would be at the house the very next morning before the carpet fitter arrived to fix it.True to his word he was there bright and early and fixed intime for the carpet layer, can’t thank him enough, if you could give 10 stars for service I’d give them. Thanks Paul

Had Invictus energy replace my boiler done in less than 6 hours Keith and Dylan were excellent clean and tidy job.

GLOW-WORM Gas boiler fitted 31st August by Paul and Dave from Invictus Energy. Superb job everything left clean and tidy when job finished. Paul and Dave very polite and friendly and full instructions were given as to how I operate the gas boiler etc.

Excellent service, enquired about a new boiler and was fitted the next day. Keith and Dylan were very friendly and professional. Job was done within 6 hours, explained how to use the new boiler well and cleaned up properly after the job was finished. Would highly recommend Invictus energy group 10/10

Needed a new boiler fitting my neighbour recommend invictus energy group. All I can say they were fantastic polite courteous came on the day and time they said they would be here. The Keith and Dylan were outstanding they were clean couldn't explained enough howthe job was going . kept me well informed, other trade should strive to be like Invictus and the work colleagues. if anybody needs any work doing regarding central heating or boilers I would not hesitate to recommend them the company should be proud of the people they are employee in well done lads thank you so much

Had sink in bathroom unblocked yesterday by paul obrian who works at invictus,I know it only sounds like a quick fix job but not in my case had to have most of the sink removed to sort the problem. From start to finish the service I received was second to none. Very polite and respectful I would highly recommend not only Paul but the company overall. Thanks guys.

We had a combi boiler installed on Monday. On one of the hottest days. Keith Rob & Dylan arrived just after 8. They were so professional, clean and tidy and so hard working they never stopped and were able to complete our installation within 1 day instead of the allotted 2 days. We really appreciated their hard work and they also kept us up to date. We will definitely recommend this company to family & friends. We are just awaiting our extended warranty.
