I had a great experience with Keira Whitehead while deciding whether to proceed with my Invisalign journey. I had lots of questions, but Keira was incredibly helpful and took the time to explain everything clearly and patiently. She made sure i understood each step of the process and helped me throughout the way. I really appreciated her professionalism, kindness and willingness to answer all my questions.

Amazing end to end service

After going back and forth for a while and not being able to decide whether Invisalign was right for me, I finally took the step and went to see InvisibleBraces4U.

Apart from the initial wait for the video meeting, everything ran smoothly. From the moment i got there, the team were so welcoming, attentive and really took the time to listen to me and answer all of my questions. They carried out all the necessary scans and then talked me through the different treatment packages available, without making me feel pressured into making a decision.

One of the assistants even gave me their direct contact number so I could get in touch if I had any questions or issues throughout my treatment, which I really appreciated.

I’m currently waiting for my Invisalign to arrive, but so far my experience has been absolutely brilliant. I’m so glad I finally took the step and can’t wait to see the results! 🦷✨

I spoke with a great lad called Jamie, he answered all my questions and explained everything as simple as possible. I know now what I will get by the end of my treatment and even after as well.

It was very easy to make the initial online appointment. The dentist was very lovely and so was my first in person visit. All of the staff were very lovely and accommodating and I was very pleased to be able to pay for my treatment in interest free instalments. I have received regular contact about the progress of my aligners being delivered and I am always given all the information I need. I also love how I only had to do a 3D scan and not have to do the molds. Would definitely recommend!!

I started treatment with Invisible Braces 4 U on 31 May, and they had me sign all the consent and finance paperwork before anyone actually checked whether I was suitable for Invisalign. My proper suitability appointment was supposed to be on 20 June, but they cancelled it. I didn’t get assessed until 4 July, and that’s when I was finally told I had exposed roots, needed more dental work, and wasn’t suitable for Invisalign at all.

Even after that, they claimed I’d “waived” my cooling‑off period — but when I log into the Tabeo portal, the option to waive it is still there, meaning it was never completed. I also got a WhatsApp message saying my aligners were ready before anyone confirmed I was suitable, which makes it feel like they ordered everything way too early.

Communication has been awful. I emailed them on 9 July and 12 July and got no reply. I called on 20 July, was told someone would call me back, and nobody ever did. They also use WhatsApp chats that automatically disappear every week, which feels really sketchy and makes it hard to keep track of anything they say.

This whole situation has been dragging on for weeks, and they are still taking payments from me for a treatment I was never suitable for. Tabeo has already told me they can’t cancel my loan unless the clinic approves it, and the clinic won’t take responsibility for any of this. I’m not even asking for a refund — I just want out of the contract. Based on my experience, I honestly wouldn’t recommend this place.

I'm not so happy with actual results but that could just be down to my teeth. This review is for the poor customer service and slow turnaround times for responses and aligner reviews.

During the process I’ve made two complaints and am about to make a third.

The first complaint was about slow response times on aligner reviews: I was told someone would respond to me. Nobody did. Second time was to chase up on the first complaint and because the outcome of the aligners did not match expectations. They offered a free refinement.

Again, booking it took chasing and then a fair bit of waiting.

Once i had the scan done, I said I wanted home delivery and failing that, the Dalston clinic. They delivered it to Battersea and gave me a 1 day pickup slot at a clinic I couldn’t make it to.

I left a negative review on google and asked one of the dentists if they could send it out to me. He said he was "more than happy to arrange free postage... as a gesture of goodwill especially if it would help[me] reconsider the negative review". I said the review reflects my experience.

Anyway, he said he would send it out and send me a tracking number once done. This was a week ago and nothing still despite calling and messaging the dentist multiple times.

Just received an email from them saying they are sending it out.. and guess what it didn’t include? a tracking number.

I am fed up with these guys and am considering a formal complaint to the dental complains service.

Jamie was extremely informative, very open to questions and could provide me with all the answers I needed on the call. It was a great first introduction to the company and I look forward to continuing on my process with them.

It was a smooth process very organised, I spoke to Jamie and he gave me a nice debrief on how the process will be and also go to book an appointment for my in person consultation very quick and easy, he also asked all of my questions well and included every detail needed for the process.

Zero communication

Throughout my treatment I have had no communication from the clinic. When I try to contact them I can never get through. Assigned a treatment coordinator who has never been in contact or followed up on my treatment. The so called call centre seems to not be able to contact or put you through to any of the branches (extremely strange).
I am having to call and chase for responses but still no luck on that end.

Would definitely not recommend them.
