I got in touch with this company about invisible braces and arranged a Zoom call. The young man I spoke to was really helpful and explained everything clearly before booking me in for a face-to-face appointment.

Everyone was so lovely from start to finish. They listened to what I wanted, talked me through my options and showed me before-and-after photos, which has made me even more excited to see my final results!

The whole process has been really easy, and they’ve given me a step-by-step guide so I know what to expect along the way.

I’ve had such a positive experience so far and would definitely recommend them to anyone thinking about getting invisible braces!

I booked my free virtual consultation with them and all was going well, I cannot fault the girl as she was lovely - however, I really was not comfortable with the fact that they take pictures on the call and use those to base what treatment you receive/how much you pay. Then, I wasn't given any warning and no questions were asked regarding whether I wanted to proceed, but payment details were taken there and then.
I felt very pressured to give my details, agree to a financial plan and pay a whopping £191 deposit, which I have just had to spend 20 minutes on the phone to try and get back.
Since my consultation, I have had more consultations at other practices that have warned that they've had clients come to them after using IB4U and having issues or incomplete service. So don't bother using this company to save money as it's possible you'll have to spend more elsewhere to finish your treatment/fix any issues.
The good reviews of this place are fake - people pay £25 for the consultation and are then told they can get it back by leaving a good review. The real reviews regarding treatment are all horrendous - they either never got the product, or got ghosted and had to contact constantly for months regarding a refund.
STEER CLEAR AND GO SOMEWHERE REPUTABLE!

The staff are very polite and explain everything clearly which made the whole process easy to understand, and i also really appreciate the fact that they let you see and discuss your expected end result before starting. I wanted to try and improve my overbite, so I mentioned this to my dentist and he adjusted the 3D simulation to show how my teeth could look. It made me feel listened to and reassured that my goals were being taken into account. Overall, a really positive experience!

I felt like the consultation was quite unprofessional, by that I mean lack of knowledge and answers to questions I had about my treatment and aftercare. I felt like I was on a conveyor belt and their consultation was scripted. I initially signed up to a payment plan which I then decided to cancel when I got home. I felt abit pressured to decide wether to proceed there and then. Nobody asked my medical history or about any medication I was currently taking which raised alarm bells. The retainers aren’t included in the price and I was told I needed the more complex package initially until someone else come in to tell the lady I needed the middle package. It’s made me rethink my decision and I haven’t proceeded with treatment,

Josh was fantastic and so far the process has been seamless. A great consultation, very easy and well explained. Thorough discussion of packages and additional charges (retainers). So far, would recommend.

THEY CARE FOR YOU. I deal with clients everyday and people are so rude that you almost become desensitised to it. I walked into the clinic and IMMEDIATELY i was welcomed. They treated you liked a human with a life. My appointment was on a sunday and they made sure to make the procedure as streamline and quick as possible so i could enjoy my sunday. They congratulated me for my personal goals. For them i wasn’t just another number. They patiently answer any questions. I recommend over and over again. Easy and Pleasant experience!

Wouldn’t recommend they never answer the phone been waiting nearly 2 months for Invisalign for them to be sent to a clinic outside of the city
Not straight forward atall and also they will check your mouth in consultation for a “hygiene “ check and say everything’s fine but as soon as the aligners come in they want £90 for a clean
