The Invite Loans process was easy to understand and the customer service were very helpful.

Getting started was simple and quick. The instructions were easy to understand and the support team helped whenever I had a question.

Do not call them, just got off the phone with an agent after letting them know do not waste my time, I just want a yes or no on offer send to me. stating I was pre approved. She stated yes if we sent you that offer is because we believe you qualify we are a very serious company all bs. We are so stressed out with credit card dept trying to figure out how to pay them down. The last thing we want is bs. If you were sent a letter don't even bother calling, their offers are ridiculous above 18apr if your stressed out trying to find a way out, don't bother calling them at all, all their going to do is stresse you out even more with there bs.

In this application every step is easy to understand and follow the process.
