They sent the wrong size when I ordered a pair of hoop earrings. They didn't have the correct size in stock. They offered me the next size at a 10% discount but I wasn't happy with that price. I counter offer the discount and they made me very happy when they accepted my offer since it was not my mistake. The communication was excellent. Great customer service. The person that was in contact with me is called Shiro and treated me with kind and respect at all times. The jewelry pieces are beautiful. I definitely recommend it. The shipping was super fast. I had the most excellent customer service. Shiro is amazingly kind, knowledgeable of their beautiful gold chains & pendents. 2 day free shipping to me and on returns. Communication was easy by phone calls, texting, and with photos to help me decide exactly what I wanted. After my decision, with Shiro’s help, I’m happy to say I chose a solid 14k yellow gold Figaro chain 20” with cornicello horn, and a solid 14k yellow gold gorgeous flat curb 24” chain. Both complimented the solid 14k yellow gold Valentino 17” chain I already had from a prior estate purchase. All 3 look gorgeous together. I will be a return customer.
