I received an email verifying that…
I received an email verifying that payment was taken for the medication ordered.
The next day I received an email stating that my order was on its way. That email was immediately followed by an email stating that I was receiving a refund!
They are understandably automated emails, however the fact that no explanation or apology is given does not reflect well on Ionic Pharma.
