My name is Raju Kunisetti, and my username is *rajukunisetti*. I am your customer. A fraud has happened to me on your site.

When my withdrawal was delayed, I approached your customer support. They gave me a link to another customer agent. When I chatted through that link, they told me that as compensation for the delay, you will give 50% compensation on my next deposit.

Trusting that, I deposited *Rs. 3000 via UPI*.

But your customer service staff, *XENA*, told me not to submit my original deposit UTR and instead asked me to submit an alternative UTR *045000*. After doing so, they told me sorry, your UTR was used for another ID and cheated me. I did not forward my deposit UTR to anyone, your own staff misused it.

Because of this, I posted about IPLWIN fraud on Trustpilot. After some time, your account-related team told me that a complaint has already been raised against the scammers and that I would get a refund within 7 working days. But till now there is no reply.

If you cheat me for Rs. 3000 while I am still playing on your site trusting you, how can I deposit more next time? When I discussed this with my friends and referred users, they also stopped depositing.

Please, kindly refund my amount. I am attaching all related proofs below. Please verify and clear my amount.

Worst and 100 percent fake app

I am writing to report a serious issue with my withdrawal of 5600 INR, which has been pending for 22 days. Despite multiple follow-ups, the money has not been credited to my bank account. Your customer service team only provides Telegram links where the response is extremely slow. Furthermore, the verification process being asked on Telegram is unrealistic and impossible to complete. This clearly seems like a tactic from the IPLWIN withdrawal department to avoid payment.
