Iroka has a relax feel to the shop with fantastic products. The staff are extremely knowledgable and go out of their way to help and offer excellent advice.
They also have a great after sales service.

Just had delivery of a lovely bed from Iroka. We ordered the bed via Jade, who is wonderful and last week it was delivered and erected by the guys that delivered it. They were so polite and nothing was too much trouble in putting it in the right place.
We thoroughly recommend Iroka and their excellent customer service.

Excellent choice of sofas and good knowledgeable staff. We were kept up to date with delivery date and items were delivered on time. Unfortunately one of the sofas had a flaw in the material but Iroka contacted the manufacturer in Sweden and replacements were provided. The build quality of the sofas is good and despite the hiccup we are really pleased with them. Anybody thinking of buying new furniture I would recommend Iroka. Their service is excellent.

We purchased a fitted wardrobe from Iroka. They came on the anticipated day to measure the space for the wardrobe and go through the colours which was really helpful. It was then fitted in the time scaled discussed by two very helpful men.

I recently purchased a new hall floor from Iroka. I was unsure what type of wood floor would work best in my apartment. Zoe visited me brought me large samples which made it easier to decide which to choose. The fitter Paul came on the arranged date. Paul is extremely professional the floor looks amazing. Thank you Zoe and Paul.

Bought dining table and bench for delivery. Customer service was top notch from Caroline who kept me in the loop the whole time and managed delays with suppliers well. Love the table and bench and would buy from again.

BUY ONLINE, you will get a better service. We bought a sofa which arrived with the wrong legs. Four months later and they have done nothing. Appalling excuses, no response, we are now taking legal action.

Nice looking products, only contemporary store in west Cornwall so due to no competition dreadful service takes about 3 weeks to deliver once product in stock with them really poor and very unhelpful when this is pointed out. Raised a complaint and could not even be bothered to reply! there's the effect t of no competition.
