Äusserst schneller Versand, tatsächlich innerhalb von 6 Tagen erhalten. Habe einen 4x3 m Hochfloor Teppich bestellt. Die Qualität ist für die bezahlten 300.- CHF absolut in Ordnung. Beim Transport wurde der Teppich leider zigfach gefaltet, weshalb es Falten bekommen hat. Das wäre mein einziger negativer Punkt, Teppiche werden grundsätzlich nie gefaltet, immer gerollt.

I first ordered a small rug while living in the UK. It arrived promptly & we were very happy with the quality. It took a while to flatten out as it was tightly packed, but it did, & several years later looks as good as new. We have since moved to France & have ordered 4 large rugs, all of which have looked exactly as shown, have arrived earlier than scheduled & we are very pleased with all of them. Again, 1 took a while & some effort to flatten, but these ‘bubbles’ that have been mentioned do go & the others have been unaffected. I assume tight packaging is for storage & shipping. I am about to order 2 runners as our experience with this company has been only positive. I can’t comment on problems or any hassles with returning rugs as we haven’t needed to.

I just created this account so I can give this terrible company a 1 star. I have unsubscribed from their email almost 4 times now. I wrote them an email asking them not to send me any spam or email last week. I unsubscribed for the 5th time and offcourse, today I open my email and there is another one.

It's very sad they treat customers like this.

Rond tapijt besteld dat steeds bleef opkrullen. Bedrijf gecontacteerd: belofte gekregen dat alles goed zou komen na een aantal behandelingen: met haardroger op randen blazen + antislipmat eronderleggen + vastkleven aan vloer met tapijtjleefband: alles nageleefd: niets hielp, tapijt blijft opkrullen.
Na klacht daarover de belofte gekregen van een refund van 15 euro. (Terugzenden kon niet.) Geld niet gezien :( Tot 2 keer toe iRugs gecontacteerd daarover: veel beloftes, geen actie.
Besluit: slecht gemaakte tapijten en slechte service!

Hotline hat funktioniert. Lieferung innert sechs Tage von den USA in die CH. Die Transportfalten sind absolut kein Problem. Habe sogar eine Anleitung erhalten, wie die Falten rascher verschwinden.
Kann iRugs.CH nur empfehlen.

Order geplaatst op irugs.be en betaald. Tapijten geleverd met andere afmetingen en met grote weeffouten. Contact gezocht en in Zwitserland terecht gekomen. Tapijten teruggestuurd maar geen terugbetaling ontvangen.

Retourzending: ik wilde een tapijt van nog geen 5 kg terugsturen. Op de website van Irugs staat "We hebben magazijnen over de hele wereld en je kunt de dichtstbijzijnde gebruiken als retouradres". Vanuit Nederland blijkt dit Zwitserland te zijn en retourneren is razend duur. Via Irugs zelf kost het me 60 CHF (ongeveer hetzelfde in euro's) en bij bv DHL is het nog duurder. Ze geven ook erg weinig prijs over hun bedrijf en de klantenservice van Irugs.nl blijkt in Zwitserland te zitten. Waarom dit gebrek aan transparantie? Al met al een vervelende ervaring.

It has been 2 months after I placed order and paid it and parcel never came. I have been sending multiple emails and calling to customer service and they cannot find the orders with order number... At some point I got tracking numbers (two separate for one order with two items). They saw it was stuck in customs and promised to take care of the issue. After a few weeks the parcel was returned to sender. Many times they don't answer to phonecalls. Now 2 months later they are trying to re send my goods from USA.

We fell into the trap of believing the local domain, without actually checking the (very short) FAQ page on the website. Part of the scam is appearing like they have a presence in the local markets by buying a bunch of local domains, but the carpets are all shipped from the States. The first red flag was the "confirmation" email which is just a short email with the numbers, nothing else. If you have at any time bought anything from the internet, you will immediately see there is something wrong. The panic started when my PayPal order confirmation came in and I saw the rug was being shipped from the States. I immediately emailed them 3 times to check this and ask for cancellation but there was no reply. The number which they provide on the website which is supposed to be a 24/7 thing was also useless. I think I called 20 times in total and it was always the same thing - "all our operators are on call with other clients, please wait" and then the line would cut off after 2 minutes. It was clear there was no one there. I then started sending messages to their various facebook pages and actually managed to get a reply saying hat the rug has been shipped (on a Sunday evening, within a few hours after the order) and they can't do anything about it. Also, they claimed they didn't receive any of my emails. Upon checking the tracking link they provided, I saw only the label has been created, and conveniently, right after they saw my messages. So probably a part of the scam is to create a label and claim it's already "shipped". On a Sunday evening. Next day we finally managed to get a hold of someone on the phone number from the web and this person assured us that the order has been cancelled and we will receive a "confirmation and a refund". Three days later - no confirmation, no refund. I checked the tracking link again just in case and the rug was in fact not cancelled, but already in transit. I called yet again and a person (in what seemed to be a very loud warehouse) told me that they cannot actually cancel the transit but that the rug needs to arrive to country of destination and THEN it will be returned. I asked for confirmation that the rug will not come to our doorstep and she clearly said "no, it will be automatically returned back". I asked for an email confirmation of this, and she said "sure". No confirmation ever arrived, also probably a part of the scam to not leave any written footprint. Today the rug arrived to our door. We were confused and stressed as to what to do. We eventually decided to accept it and risk this purchase in the end, also partly because we were cornered into a decision like this. Seeing how shady they were from the start, there was little to no guarantee we would ever see our money back had we refused the shipment and it got sent back. The carpet is NOT how it looks like on the site, the photos are highly edited and it makes the carpet look much more aesthetic than it is in real life. Thankfully it arrived rolled, and not folded over like other reviews mentioned. We are super unhappy with it and super disappointed with iRugs as well as ourselves for falling for a scam.

Het tapijt werd geleverd na 4 dagen in perfecte staat en deed volkomen aan onze verwachtingen. En dat voor een kleine prijs. Zeer tevreden.

It seems like a well crafted scam.
- They have local Domains so you think they have presence in your local market, my case was a .de Address for Germany. but no they are NOT PRESENT, rug are shipped from the US with FedEx.
- Their prices are lower than other online stores because their products have faults, it is a get rid of faulty product that did not pass through the Quality Control tests instead of them being disposed.
- when you contact them, you get auto generated standard emails and it is clear that there is no person wrote that, they try to stretch and waste your time of return so that they won't accept your return.
- In my case for a week now either they don't answer or reply saying they will send a return label within 1-2 days then nothing happens, then after several emails from my side, they say within a few days to waste time as much as possible.

I have bought 2 rugs at different times from iRugs and I am very happy with my purchase both times. Good prices and fast service also.

Je suis très satisfaite de mon achat. Le tapis correspond à la description et la livraison a été assez rapide. Bon rapport qualité/prix. Ne vous attendez pas à la qualité d'exception pour le tapis au prix aussi bas. Avant passer la commende j'ai lu tous les mauvais commentaires, mais j'ai décidé prendre le risque et je suis ravie de mon achat ! Je vais sûrement recommander un autre tapis.

Dont recommend this company... as my carpet even after days has bubbles that won't disappear and have read from other customers the same problems.

Poor quality. Folded and shipped inappropriately so when it was opened up it was in bad shape. Colours were also off from the images online.

being charges for return shipping despite the rug not being described and damaged in transit.

I won't be using them again.

We’ve bougth a big rug to our living room last march, in their website irugs.ch. At first we were a little suspicious, because we did not know this site, and I saw that the headquarters is in the USA. Anyway, we decided to buy it because they had the size of the rug we needed and a good price. We bought the rug on Sunday night, on Friday morning we received delivery via DHL, here in Switzerland. A beatiful carpet, good quality, super fast delivery! Luciana/ Suisse

I have now ordered a second rug from this company. The rugs were exactly as pictured and arrived within 4 days, from Cincinnati, US, by DHL. The rugs are OK, you get what you pay for, they are cheap but they don't look cheap. I needed rugs for areas frequented by pets and did not expect miracles. There's one problem: there was a strong mouldy smell to both carpets, the second one arrived slightly damp. I treated them and now all good.

Très mauvaise expérience!! j'ai voulu annuler ma commande le jour même mais il l'avait déjà envoyée et m'ont donc dit de faire parvenir le tapis a l'entrepôt de Suisse afin de me rembourser. J'ai donc via DHL fait livré le tapis directement à leur entrepôt. j'ai toute les preuves mais il ne me rembourse pas!
