We have just had our kitchen fitted by Hamilton's over three weeks or so. They are, quite simply, a complete pleasure to deal with. Our timescale at the start was challenging but they were calm, measured and realistic. The process of choosing everything, down to the little details, was very easy; Scott in particular had all the answers and lots of reassurance. Special thanks to him and to Jack for their patience, professionalism and attention to detail; this is a firm of kind, hardworking and nice people. Given the standard of their workmanship, I can't imagine I will need to use them again for a long time but I would recommend them to anyone who cares about quality and service.

From the first call they had an open an honest approach, Scott came speak to us about what we would like from our new kitchen, set expectations of timelines and kept us updated. We made some major changes early in the design process which he took in his stride. What stood out is the understanding of the things most important to us, so even when our plans changed they worked hard to ensure we had our breakfast pantry (thanks again, we love it). Everyone we spoke to was aware of who we were, and the project giving a real family feel and personal touch. Everyone is super helpful and patient and take pride in their work. Highly recommended. We have used this company 3 times in the past 2 years and the workmanship has always been excellent by the team and the fittings of good quality. We went back 2 weeks ago and spoke to Naveed about our shower leaking which was installed by a cowboy plumber and he came out to assess the problem and found us a solution which we agreed to for the company to carry out. Most companies won't entertain work that has done by another company but true to his word Naveed carried out the work required to restore our shower area our heart felt thanks to the Bathroom centre in Hamilton and Naveed who treated us with respect due to our ages of 74 and 73 we both Thank You.

Staff were very friendly and did a great job. We're very happy with the end result, and all our guests remark on how amazing the kitchen is!

Hamilton's did a fantastic job designing and installing our new kitchen and utility room. They provided some great ideas on how to optimise our space and were very flexible working with our builder. Not only was the workmanship of a very high standard, all their people were a pleasure to deal with. Also their pricing was competitive.

I went back to The Hamilton Kitchen Company after they fitted out my Utility Room last year. This project was to replace 20 year old Gas Hob 2 Ovens and Cooker Hood.
Chris visited me we decided what was needed and he emailed me with recommendations for the appliances which saved me a lot of research.
Also met their Electrician who needed to provide extra power I was a little anxious as the cables would run through the lounge but everything was completely hidden! The Hob and Ovens were fitted exactly into the spaces left by the old ones.
The team involved in this project were excellent.

We cannot speak highly enough about the whole company, which seems like a ‘family’ and whether you were speaking to a director, designer, office staff or fitter, each and every one of them valued us as customers and our dream kitchen was created.
Debbie listened to my requirements, took my vision and helped me find exactly what I wanted; she totally understood the overall look I was after.
The units are excellent quality and being made to order allowed me to add shelves exactly where I wanted them and add a shelving unit to house my herbs and spices. I love the hidden drawer for the cutlery and I love being in my kitchen.

Quality, expertise and service, the team at Hamilton Kitchen’s excel in every area.

The design process was a delight, where their experience combined with our requirements to create the perfect kitchen for us. They are so flexible with everything, we could keep going back and making tweaks as many times as we wanted but each time they would give us their view and build on our thoughts, so that everything really worked. They could even account for non-standard items in the design, like the piano that we have in the corner of our Kitchen.

Installation was a dream, everything went in exactly as planned and on schedule. They worked directly with our builder to ensure that everything was sequenced properly and we didn’t have to worry about organising anything.

And the finished product is absolutely stunning. It is the hub of our home and we couldn’t be happier.

But the one thing that stands out above all else is the level of service that Hamilton provide. 18 months after our kitchen was installed the element went in our Caple oven. It was the 21st December and I was having visions of a ruined Christmas. I was frantically looking for our Caple warranty and when I couldn’t find it, I contacted Hamilton in case they had anything on record. Not only did they provide me with the info I was looking for about 20 minutes after I emailed, they came around with a spare oven that afternoon and installed it in place of the broken one and absolutely saved our Christmas plans. Caple were very good and sent someone around to fix the oven but it was early Jan when they came, so without Hamilton we would have been having a very different Christmas. So a huge thank you to all of your team there. A level of service that you struggle to find nowadays. I would’ve recommended Hamilton before anyway but after that they have blown me away. They are just amazing!

The whole team were brilliant from start to finish. I had a very long narrow kitchen which required creative design to give it a feeling of space and width as well as being practical. Scott was very patient with me as I changed my mind (multiple times!) about what I wanted, and came up with a solution to whatever I suggested.

The quality of their units are exceptional, the best i have seen. They worked patiently around all the issues my builder had with supply, as well as their own supply issues, and true to their word, my kitchen was completed on time. The suggestion of using mirrored splashbacks to give the narrow kitchen a feeling of space was genius, and really gave it the wow factor.

All of their fitting team were friendly, efficient, easy to have around and perfectionist in nature. A couple of minor teething issues were sorted immediately.

They honestly were a pleasure to work with and have already recommended them to a couple of friends.

The team at Hamilton Kitchens are excellent. From starting the design process to the final fitting they listened to our needs, were polite and hardworking; leaving us with the most amazing kitchen.

It has been an absolute pleasure to work with the team at The Hamilton Kitchen Company. The team are all professional, friendly, incredibly knowledgeable with their craft, and have excellent customer service. What really stood out for me with our particular kitchen project was their patience. In the face of an indecisive, detail-obsessed client, who takes an age to make the smallest of decisions and needs to know the ins and outs of everything, and every possible alternative available, nothing was too much trouble. Our finished kitchen, is, for us, absolutely stunning. The attention to detail with the installation and finish is superlative and they offer real value for money. Of course, a kitchen needs to do more than just look good, and using our kitchen on a daily basis with the layout Hamilton's suggested, is a dream.
It has been a very long time in the making with my indecision, but I feel every in-depth conversation with the guys at Hamiltons was so worth it.

Everyone at Hamiltons was incredibly patient and generous with their time and worked through lots of iterations of our design until we were happy with all the little details. They made some great design suggestions but also understood our vision of what we wanted and worked tirelessly to make it come to fruition. There were some supply delays and the actual fit did take longer than we had hoped but they were very considerate, worked around our family and even lent us a temporary kitchen to keep us going. Throughout our experience the communication was really good and our expectations were exceeded. These guys are really good at what they do, work incredibly hard and we were very pleased to be able to give our business so such a lovely, local team.

The Hamilton Kitchen Company were highly recommended to us and we were not disappointed. The design and quality is excellent and they can adapt to various budgets. The team were a pleasure to work with, and considerate while working in a family home. There were a few glitches along the way as is often the case with home renovations, but their quick responses and solutions were fantastic, and made for a smooth process with an end result that we are really pleased with. We highly recommend them, thank you Hamiltons 🙂

I cannot recommend them highly enough. From start to finish they were so professional, extremely helpful and friendly. They were great at making recommendations and talking through all the options available and so efficient. My kitchen is definitely my dream kitchen and better than I ever could have imagined. Great advise on what’s best to have and what’s best to avoid. Very understanding of individual needs and our kitchen is just what we wanted with a few extra features. Excellent quality at a good price, loving using it.

We recently worked with The Hamilton Kitchen Company to design our new kitchen.
The experience was great from our first meeting where Scott helped us plan our the layout, they were patient and knowledgable and came up with cost and space saving solutions we never would have thought of. We had some tricky spaces under the stairs and wanted to raise the height of the worktops, all of which were sorted easily.
We had previously assumed an independent company would be much most expensive than a high street name but we got our dream bespoke kitchen for the same price as we would have paid for off the shelf from Howdens.
The guys liaised directly with our builders and pulled out all the stops to make sure our kitchen was in place before our baby arrived.
I would use these guys again in a heartbeat.

Fantastic service from design to completion, kept updated throughout the process and offered clever options and solutions for storage and a tricky layout.
We love our new kitchen and the attention to detail it was given.
