I ordered quite a few items on this sight. When I opened the first item that contained a three piece combination set it was aweful. The material was cheap and the outfit did nit look like the photo. I reached out to them for the second time today. So far no response. I plan in calling the Better Business Bureau.

Do not buy this product. It is misrepresented- the fabric is cheap- the clothes badly made and nothing like the photos they use to advertise. Extremely misleading and disappointing.

The clothing I received was not what was advertised — but I eventually got a full refund

I ordered several garments from Isabel & Valentina based on the photos, designs, and fabric descriptions on their website. What I received was very different from what was shown and described online.

The designs and construction of the actual garments did not match the product photos. Some details, proportions, and styling were noticeably different. The quality of the construction was also poor.

Even more concerning, the clothing was advertised as cotton/linen, but the fabric I received felt like polyester. Two garments that still had fabric-content labels confirmed 100% polyester. Three other garments had no labels at all — no fabric-content label, size label, or brand label.

When I complained, the company initially offered me only a 30% refund if I kept the clothing. I refused because I did not believe I should have to pay for merchandise that was materially different from both the photographs and the fabric descriptions used to sell it.

They then increased their offer to 50%, then 70%, and finally gave me a 100% refund and told me to keep the clothing.

I am writing this especially for other customers who may be having the same problem: document everything and don't automatically accept the first partial-refund offer. Take photographs of what you received, photograph the labels, save screenshots of the original product photos and descriptions, and keep all correspondence with the company.

I did ultimately receive a full refund, and I want to be fair about stating that. However, I should not have had to repeatedly negotiate from 30% to 50% to 70% before receiving a full refund for merchandise that was substantially different from what was advertised.
You can also go through your bank and dispute the purchase if you must.
Based on my experience, I would not purchase from Isabel & Valentina again.

Website fooled me, the clothing is poorly designed and the size chart is ridiculous. No refund for my $200 order. I can't remember the last time I was ripped off this bad. Don't do business with this company.
