One of my first a bit more expensive cycle wear. Fit and wear were great and no fuss on the return if a piece is to small/tight!
Feeling during a ride is like it's not really there, but at the same time it keeps you comfortable and warm.
It is produced in Europe wich i really like!

Isadore Signature Thermal Tights are Fluffing for 2nd time.
Tights were last year replaced as warranty, but problem is not solved with new delivery. Tights are still fluffing and Isadore say sorry instead of solving their problem.

Komische Größen - ich habe mehrere Hosen bestellt, das Größen-Chart auf der Website stimmt kaum überein mit dem was man dann in Realität bekommt.

Ich habe als 95kg schwerer, 181cm großer Mann eigentlich laut Größentabelle eine XL bestellen müssen. Selbst eine L war mir zu groß und eine M passt gerade so, ist aber auch im Bein- bzw. Oberschenkelansatz noch zu lang.

Außerdem werden kritische Reviews auf der Website gar nicht erst publiziert. Komischerweise haben die meisten Artikel nur 4 oder 5 Sterne. Das ist manipulativ.

Ich nutze seit mehreren Jahren Isadore-Produkte und wurde noch nie enttäuscht. Tolles Design, sehr gute Performance (vor allem die Merinowolle-Teile), hochwertig verarbeitet zu einem vernünftigen Preis. Viele andere Marken in diesem Preisbereich bieten meines Erachtens nicht so ein gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Wer es nicht eilig hat kann alle paar Monate beim Sale Geld sparen. Der Kundenservice reagiert schnell und hat mein Anliegen zu meiner vollsten Zufriedenheit gelöst. Der Versand aus der Slowakei erfolgt innerhalb weniger Tage und die Retoure ist auch kostenlos. Ich bin sehr zufrieden und froh diese Marke entdeckt zu haben.

They did not write the street and the courier could not deliver the parcel to me and she went back. Hotline Zuzana apologized and replied that a new order would be sent to me immediately. But 5 days have passed. The package was created but not sent. This is my first and negative experience with this store. Where is my order?

I bought some stuff from them with a very bitter experience. Hotline Zuzana provide me with a misleading informations about possible discounts .
So next time I will think twice.

Great shop! I bought three pairs of climbers socks and they are very well done. Took only a couple days to send it to Spain. My cyling shoe size is 45 and I bought the socks in sixe xxl. In my opinion they are better (and thicker) made compared to the socks from Pongo (UK brand).
