Islamic Travel Opiniones

Samreen planned our umrah trip with great care and attention. She was eager to make sure our package was based on our requirements and worked hard to deliver the package overnight. Would definitely book with the company again and recommend Islamic Travel to friends and family too. Thank you Samreen. Jazakallah khair

Very professional service by ahad and very helpful.

We had a great experience booking our Umrah through Islamic Travel. Numan was incredibly helpful from start to finish, always responding quickly and keeping us updated throughout the process. His communication was excellent, and he found us an amazing Umrah package that suited our needs perfectly. The whole experience was smooth and stress-free. I would highly recommend Islamic Travel to anyone looking to book their Umrah. Thank you, Numan, for all your help!

I made enquiries and had lots of questions as a revert and Hammad answered all of these questions and made me feel very comfortable in the process

Great service from Ahad. He was very helpful, quick to respond to my enquiry, and made everything easy to understand. Really professional and friendly throughout — highly recommend.

Ahad- such a nice and professional young man. It is a good asset to the business. He is a very good communicator and helped me a lot to get a visa and Tickets for Saudia.

Abdullah went over and above in sorting our tickets that got rescheduled by Saudi airline. He also came on BBC a Sunday his day off to just get the issue resolved. I am very grateful to him he not only sorted the issue but also got me the flights I wanted. I would be definitely booking my holidays again through Abdullah at Islamic travel and recommend to family and friends too. Once again thank you

Excellent service from Shamir once again, He is very cooperstive, professional and always makes the whole process smooth and easy. This is the second time we have booked our umrah package through him and we had a great experience both times.

I spoke with an adviser by the name of Shamir to find out about their Hajj packages. He was quite knowledgeable about the whole process and was very helpful and honest with his answers. Will highly recommend.

God Willingly, my experience with my family, with the company has been absolutely amazing. Their has been a 24/7 global helpline during my visit to Saudi. The team has been most helpful with all aspects of the trip from safety, compliance, details and extra arrangements. Brother Zain and his full team has supplied me with complete information and assurance for my umrah/pilgrimage. Highly recommend Islamic Travel till this day to all my friends and family. Reach out to Brother Ahmer for more information top person to speak to!

It was a very nice experience and their response was respectful. We wish them success.

Dua was incredible from day one! I haven’t gone for Umrah yet, but I’m going to go very soon, and that’s all because of Dua. Her explaining skills are amazing and her convincing power is superb. She broke down every package, visa detail, and hotel option with so much patience and clarity.

I had so many doubts before calling Islamic Travel, but Dua answered everything honestly without any sales pressure. She made me feel confident and comfortable about the whole journey. The booking process was smooth, transparent, and 100% professional.

If you’re planning Umrah/Hajj, ask for Dua. She’s the reason I chose Islamic Travel over everyone else. Can’t wait for my trip. will update after I return. But for service before travel: 10/10.

I had an excellent experience with this Umrah agency from start to finish. The entire process was handled by Mr Umar with professionalism, care, and attention to detail, which made the journey smooth and stress-free. The team was always available to answer questions and provided clear guidance at every step, from visa processing to travel arrangements.

The accommodation was comfortable and conveniently located close to the Haram, which made it easy to focus on worship without any unnecessary hassle. Transportation was well-organized, and everything ran on time as promised.

What truly stood out was their dedication to customer service—they genuinely cared about ensuring that every pilgrim had a peaceful and memorable experience. I would highly recommend this agency to anyone planning their Umrah, especially for those going for the first time and looking for reliable support.

The service was excellent and everything was delivered exactly as promised. The hotel very clean, and the entire Umrah process went smoothly from start to finish. Thank you for your help

Great customer service by Ahmer, very attentive and helpful.

We booked our 2nd umrah trip with Hamza. We went last year with the same agent and this year Hamza helped us through our entire trip. Hamza was there with us when there was flight cancellations and he helped us rebooked our trip and managed to save our money in every way possible. When we arrived there Hamza kept checking on us till we arrived back to our country. Its like a peace of mind having Hamza our agent as he managed everything from the beginning to end. Highly recommend Islamic travels for their support and made our journey smooth.
