Islamic Travel Opiniones

We are all happy with the service and quality of the company. We needed few airtravel and hotel reservations for umrah and also needed bit of a help with Saudi Arabia visa which was handled alright notwithstanding some delays by the Saudi Embassy or visa issuing authority but overall their staff especially Hamza helped us a lot with good timely reassurance we travelled nicely and are happy with overall experience.
Highly recommended.

Very good experience the visa process was quick and straightforward. Salman was very helpful and easy to talk to. Will use their services next time inshallah 🙏🏾🙏🏾

I had a great experience with Abdullah

We had really great experience with abdullah booking umrah packages he guided us so well we also recommend others customers to him who also booked with him without any stress
Definitely we will book again with him he arranged everything according to our budget thank abdullah

What a awful company and poor service:

What we paid for:
1) Islamic Travel failed to deliver proper services for Umrah, which is unacceptable.
2) We had to repeatedly chase your staff, showing that Shamir Walter Ashna was incompetent and caused confusion and stress.
3) We paid for services that were not provided correctly (charged for 2 quads in Makkah but received 1 quad and 1 triple at Pullman ZamZam).

What was not delivered:
1) You breached the contract and misrepresented your services.
2)You over-promised and under-delivered.
3) Protection (e.g., ATOL/refunds) was misrepresented.
4) Excuses and blame-shifting by Shamir Walter Ashna created a toxic work environment.
5) Services paid for were not provided as promised.
6) Repeated delays, excuses, and forgetfulness were unprofessional.
7) Hotels and other services were not as promised, causing loss of trust.
8) Staff used misleading language and false guarantees, exploiting religious trust.

Good customer service from Abdullah
And good prices

The booking process and online support for our Umrah trip were, without question, excellent. Communication was clear, responsive, and reassuring, which initially gave us strong confidence in the overall experience.

Unfortunately, the quality of service declined significantly upon arrival in Jeddah. The airport pickup was poorly handled. The driver failed to meet us at the arrival gate as agreed, arrived later than expected, and we were left searching for him in the airport parking area. This was particularly difficult and disappointing as we were traveling with my 82-year-old mother, for whom smooth coordination was essential.

On a positive note, the hotel selection was very good and met our expectations in terms of comfort and location. However, the Umrah guide assigned to us was inattentive and showed little consideration for elderly pilgrims. As a result, we were forced to arrange a wheelchair and an alternative guide at an additional cost of approximately USD 80, which should not have been necessary had proper arrangements been made.

The transportation services continued to fall short. The promised tour in Makkah was not provided at all. Furthermore, the company failed to arrange our scheduled transfer from Makkah to Madinah on time. When the journey finally took place, we were transported in a small, uncomfortable car for a 3–4 hour drive, which was far from suitable for elderly travelers or long-distance travel.

In summary, while the booking process and online support were professional and efficient, the local ground services—particularly transportation and guiding—were unacceptable and did not meet reasonable expectations for an Umrah package. Significant improvements are needed in local coordination, vehicle standards, and care for elderly pilgrims.

The company was helpful from start to finish. Put all steps in place for us so we could enjoy this blessed journey without any worries. Both Abdullah and Ali were very helpful. Will definitely use again.

Very nice and wholesome experience
Travel agent Ibtissam deserves a clap
Nice and will use them again

Ibtsaam is absolutely amazing person he is very honest and humble. he booked my umrah package twice his communication and support was fantastic over all we got all everything what he said our overall trip was very smooth. In makkah he booked sheraton apartments suite which 5 to 6 minutes ways from Heram is definitely enough for 6 people and madina emaar makten suite which it was 5 minutes way from Heram enough for 5 people thanks ibtsaam and thanks islamic travel for being a good travel company.

Excellent service specially from Mr. Hammad…
Keep doing well 👍

Islamic travel are very quick response especially Shamir who is professional and give me all the information I need clearly and quickly
Thank you Shamir for the help

Hamza was absolutely amazing, the communication and the comfort, right from the start he ensured we were happy and all of our requirements were met. The hotels were stunning and the transport was fantastic (we were able to request drivers who spoke the same language as us - which for long journeys was an extra added bonus). Will definitely be using the services again and can’t wait ‎ان شاء الله. Definitely recommend to anyone who is looking to book using a package/company

Amazing 2 week experience. Booked everything the whole umra package with hamzah. 1 week in Madinah. 1 week in Makkah. From flights. Hotel. Transport. Train. Everything was spot on. Hamzah looked after us all the way. Communication was all clear. Travel every step everything was perfect. Alhamdulila. Will be using again and again.

I needed Saudi Arabian visa for the purpose of performing a short Umrah. I was referred to Hammad@Islamic Travel, who contacted me & offered his help. Once I told him of my needs he clearly explained which type of visa best suits my needs. I received the visa within few days, but in fact little later than he gave me the estimate. However, because of the weekend & the holiday season I guess he had no control over it. Overall very happy with the service. Highly recommended.

A good honest agent, all documents sent and received on time with no hassle. Genuine and reasonable charge. Would highly recommend. Ask for Ibtisaam when enquiring.

Alhamdulillah
Ibtsaam brother has helped us and guided us for this holy journey.

InshaAllah will go again through them
And recommend others to take their services .
